    Do you have some score records in the Twin Galaxies World Record Database?

    Do you have a VERIFIED user account on the Twin Galaxies website?

    If so...

    NOW YOU CAN LINK THEM! YAY!


    Here is how to do it:

    1.) At the top of the website page in the upper right area, click your name and reveal the drop-down menu. In that menu, click the link called "general settings"

    2.) Once you are on the settings page, on the left-hand side please look for the "Claim UserName" option and click it.



    3.) You will then be presented with the option to Claim your database EntryName. Click it and you are done!



    When you have successfully claimed your database EntryName, your posting profile will include your record count and directly link to all your records in the Twin Galaxies database! It will look like this:



    Linking your TG account to your TG database records will not only allow you to prominently show a summary of your record achievements on your posting profile, but it will also allow you participate in future TG website features for player recognition (certificates, etc.)

    Linking your TG account is optional of course!

    IMPORTANT INFORMATION - PLEASE READ THIS CLOSELY!!!


    • You must be a VERIFIED user to link your TG website account to your TG database records. (Click here to learn how to get VERIFIED)
    • Your FULL NAME in your profile must match your DATABASE ENTRY NAME EXACTLY.
    • Once a name is claimed, no one else can claim it.
    • It is one VERIFIED TG account per TG database name only.
    • Records involving teams (where there is more than one name listed) can not currently be claimed.

    SPECIAL NOTE: Any user that deliberately attempts to claim a name that is not theirs, will be banned from TG for a minimum of 1 year. Additionally, any standing record that bears that user's name in the database will have their name hidden (the record entry will stay, but their name will be obscured) for the 1 year that they are banned.

    As you know, Twin Galaxies takes the score database and proper recognition of players very seriously and this is a first baby step in implementing some of the cursory systems surrounding score submission and adjudication. Out of necessity, any form of deliberate abuse of this recognition system must be met with a heavy hand.

    Now please feel free to claim your name! :)

      Its not working for me too. when i fill my information the system automatically add three digits of "852" in my phone number. The other information are good but not Phone number. Any Guide???

      Any help? I have been verified and my FullName is David A Ray in the records. When I verified I changed it to David A Ray, but it still doesn't work. What should I do friends? I have verified several times trying to get it to work. I even copied my name directly from the records and pasted it in the Full Name field. Still it doesn't work.

      I'm getting the same message some others have gotten, that my full name doesn't exactly match, yet it does. Maybe the system is picking up my "Team" profile?

      In order to claim the score you must be a verfied user in the system. Please verify yourself and try claiming the scores again.

      Yes, when i try to verify myself then the system is automatically adding the three digits (852) within my phone number. Only this problem is happening to me. Name and address is good. Any guide to fix the phone number or to change the phone number.?? Thanks.

      Can someone please help me? I am verified, and my full name is "Chris Brady". I am trying to claim UserName, by my full name does not match anything in the database. Apparently I need to "Claim my UserName" to submit a record, however, in order to do that, I must already have a record. This has me running in circles. Help is much appreciated, Thank you :)

      Unfortunatly I am expierencing problems... :/ Is it possible to submit any records, as when i click "submit record", it says i am not allowed to go there. Is this something in progess? If so, please let me know, and if not, how do I submit. I cannot claim my entry name, as my name is not in the databasae, as I have no records (yet ;)), hence me trying to submit one. #runningincircles
