While we are keenly aware that a full status update is way overdue, please know that the fact that we have not been able to provide a detailed update does not mean that we are not working diligently on all matters TG.
There are numerous aspects involved in wrangling together all the various Twin Galaxies responsibilities, publications, historical assets, relationships, etc. and all these things are connected in sometimes complicated ways.
Fortunately we are making progress on all the important fronts and eventually you will begin to feel the totality of the effort. It's slow going, but the progress is rock solid.
While we are indeed addressing thousands of items, most of the time we are not highlighting what we have fixed/addressed. We are just doing the work and moving on so that we can stay focused - however, one item we recently took care of we thought we would share because of some of the unspoken symbolism that seems to be present.
Twin Galaxies has has a rich heritage of Gold Seal honors that has been presented on certificates and other official places over the years.
This "Gold Seal" is actually produced by a special custom made embossing tool that community member Roy Schildt originally commissioned the creation of (historical info provided by Mark Hoff).
As the new era of Twin Galaxies takes shape, our intention was to carry on the rich tradition of gold seal awards to worthy members of the global Twin Galaxies community.
Unfortunately, we found the condition of the custom embossing tool's stencil to be worn out and not producing a full image!

So we went through the expensive process of getting the stencil mapped and reconstructed back to its original greatness so that we could create a duplicate embosser without touching or altering the original one.
The original embosser is now being framed and preserved for its proper place in video game history and we will be using the new one to bring recognition and accolades to future Twin Galaxies video game achievers!-TG
