• New Feature: Add Your Twitch Channel and Be Noticed!

Twin Galaxies is pleased to announce that it has now added the ability for members to add their Twitch Channels to their profile pages!

This will allow members to promote their streams on the home page of every TG user, and make it easy for people to know when they are live - and where to find their stream!

    Here is how it works:

Go to your profile page and click the little red edit pencil that is located in the upper right corner of the TG Twitch Widget:

When you click the red pencil, you will be prompted to type in your Twitch Channel name.

Once you enter in the information, click ok.

    That's it!

Now whenever you go live on your Twitch Channel, TG will detect it and place your stream on everyone's home page in the "Active Streamers" widget, located in the upper right corner of the page. Your stream will only show when LIVE (see below.)

When a user clicks on your stream icon, they will be taken to your own custom TG Twitch page, that has your profile stats and personalized cover image (see below.)

Twin Galaxies would like to encourage all members to register their Twitch Channels so that everyone can know when everyone is streaming and we can all share in the great gameplay and talents being expressed by the professional userbase!

We hope the community enjoys this new feature. We look forward to watching some great streams. :)

How do you guys sort the live streams in the widget? Username? Most viewers?

It lists by view count. Highest to lowest.

It has been made clear to me that other teams and sponsors are starting to look more at what is going on with players at Twin Galaxies, besides Echo Fox. This is for players in general, not just H1Z1.

If you care, I would highly recommended that you add their Twitch Channel to your Twin Galaxies' profile so that there is more visibility to your gameplay, even when not submitting.

I feel that now that the market is starting to take its first steps toward viewing Twin Galaxies as a resource to find gaming talent, players who are interested in getting paid for their passion should utilize every opportunity gain visibility on the site. The Active Streamers list is a great way to do that.
