Just got this message from @RTM :

"Minor good news to report...if you search in Google with the text "Historic Firsts in Video Gaming", a Wiki link comes up first followed immediately by my own recent article...this TG thread is in the #2 spot !!"

For some people, this may yet be a another reason that people may want to post their video game culture interests, commentary and opinions on their Twin Galaxies Wall instead of places like Facebook.

Twin Galaxies gets frequently indexed by google and therefore more attention and direct credit can go to people who are contributing on their walls.

The Wall system can be used to promote and draw external interest to you, your projects, your desire to discuss a matter, etc!

Congrats to @RTM for writing a great wall post and gaining such a high search result position in your region!

I have searched for several of my own wall post titles on Google, and they were top results!

While on this subject is there a way to include a view counter in the posts?

There is a way to include a view counter but we will not be doing that because we do not want to introduce a competitive Vibe on wall posts at this time.

view count or not people like getting more views, thats part of the allure. This will surely encourage more spammers. I hope they'll be a corresponding crack down on spammers so we only get the benefits of this without the downsides.

You have the most competitive people on the planet here competing over scores, ESI, PSI, submission points, credibility, forum views, etc. Would a wall counter even be noticed?
