Halo World Championship 2018 Details Announced

Details regarding location and prize pool for the largest event in Halo esports have been announced. Competing teams will be looking to qualify to fight for a shot at being crowned world champions.

The main event of the Halo esports season will be upon us shorty, as details for the Halo World Championship 2018 finals have been officially announced.

16 competing teams from around the world will be competing for their share of the one million dollar prize pool. Considered the crown jewel of the Halo esports scene, competitors and fans will be treated to an amazing venue for the finals. From April 13th to the 15th, the CenturyLink Field Event Center in Seattle, WA will play host to the Halo World Championship finals of 2018.

In addition to the details of the finals being announced, today marked the beginning of the Halo World Championship circuit with the Halo World Championship 2018 Orlando Open. The Orlando Open is the first MLG ran event for Halo esports in five years and will see the exceptional tournament organizer take the reigns for this year’s season. More than 100 teams registered for the event, as they are all competing for the $50,000 prize pool and qualification points for the circuit. A $5,000 prize pool will also be available in a free-for-all tournament at the Orlando Open.
