 LINDEN, VIRGINIA -- August 23, 2008 -- Peter Hirschberg gained worldwide fame as the graphic designer who put special effects on the map in the critically acclaimed documentary "Chasing Ghosts."
But, suddenly, Peter came up on the radar again for creating one of the world's best home classic arcades. And, this Saturday, August 23, Peter invites the world to his doorsteps as he opens his Luna City Arcade to public perusal.
It's called GAMEDAY and features play on 60 different vintage arcade games from the 1980s. But, the event also features continuous showing of the legendary "Chasing Ghosts" movie, one of the most-beloved video game movies of all time.

Folk Song about Billy Mitchell hits the airwaves

 FAIRFIELD, IOWA -- August 9, 2008 -- John Farley, a noted folk singer who has a prodigious reperttoire of songs offered through iTunes and 60 other online music retailers, has announced the availability of his song about Billy Mitchell: "Video Game Wizard."
Parts of this song were featured in the movie "King of Kong" and appears in complete form as a special on the DVD release of the movie.
It is believed that this may be the first instance of a video game champion becoming immortalized in a published folk song.

Empire Arcadia Superstars in London
TriForce and Justin Wong Compete in Special Promotions

 LONDON -- July 26-27, 2008 -- Two of Twin Galaxies top gaming superstars in the fighting game genre are on their way to London to represent America in the Battle of Destiny mega-event.
Isaiah TriForce Johnson and Justin Wong -- both of Brooklyn -- will be the featured combatants in special promotions created by the organizers of the BOD event. Both Justin and TriForce will be taking on all comers in a series of exhibition bouts played on the Street Fighter and MvC family of games.
The Battle of Destiny Championship is believed to be a major qualifier for the Evolution 2008 Championship that crowns the champions of the fighting game genre.
