Scoreboard Researcher (Data Entry and Outreach

Twin Galaxies is seeking an experienced researcher with a broad knowledge of the video game industry. Twin GalaxiesÂ’ database contains high scores from present day back to the early 1980s. We would like to hire an individual who will be able to modernise and create high score record categories, as well as organise our existing content into genres and sub-genres. The role will involve detailed research into new, popular and upcoming video game titles, resulting in new world record categories being created for gamers to compete on globally via the Twin Galaxies Score Adjudication Process. As part of our growth we require our database of scores to be examined for errors, duplications and internal consistency. Reporting to the Twin Galaxies Commissioner, this person will need to be a self-starter, able to work to conflicting deadlines, and keen to delve deeply into the gameplay of specific video games. .


  • Assist with database management of Twin Galaxies high scores
  • Assist with the creation of new world record category tracks for new, popular and upcoming games across all gaming platforms
  • Ensure new and existing records are consistently formatted and up-to-date
  • Liaise with the global gaming community to ensure records and rules are recognised appropriately and consistently
  • Contribute to community growth by outreach and active recruitment of gamers not currently affiliated with Twin Galaxies

Brand Manager

Twin Galaxies is seeking an experienced Brand Manager who is passionate about gaming to help build world-class marketing programs that define the global professional esports experience. The Brand Manager will work closely with the Director of Esports Leagues to implement large-scale marketing campaigns that foster loyal, engaged fans. The Brand Manager will be responsible for supporting a wide range of brand development activities, including marketing plan development and execution, creation of key assets, and driving the communications strategy and implementation.

The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic steward of brand marketing with excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience in the gaming, sports, entertainment, or lifestyle industries.


  • Develop and execute promotional programs to increase fan engagement and viewership, while monitoring budget and maintaining alignment with brand positioning.
  • Drive fan development and fan base growth.
  • Project-manage all marketing initiatives, ensuring deliverables are executed on time with required approvals.
  • Lead CRM strategy to create fan communications and audience segmentation strategies.
  • Serve as liaison with partner publishing teams to ensure that strategies and priorities are clear and supported by partners.
  • Work closely with the Community and Social Media Manager to promote and advertise marketing initiatives and events.
  • Closely monitor and analyze core key performance indicators, such as viewership, fan database growth, market share trends, and competitive analysis.

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, advertising, communications, or related field.

Esports Manager

Twin Galaxies is seeking an experienced Esports Manager with a strong understanding of esports as well as traditional sports, and proven history of managing complex projects with diverse stakeholders. The Esports Manager will work closely with the Director of Esports Leagues to help create a global, world-class esports ecosystem designed to ensure teams and players can thrive, and fans have the best experience possible. The ideal candidate should have a thorough understanding of event and broadcast management, and hold themselves to an unwavering quality standard.


  • Lead the global execution of high profile esports competitions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and iterate formats and systems that meet key game objectives, while also aligning with esports business priorities.
  • Work with partners to ensure high-quality and impactful event and broadcast production.
  • Define and communicate the program's creative vision, from structure to branding.
  • Accountable for all aspects of program execution, including vendor selection and management, live broadcasts, tournament administration, player and talent management, promotion, legal framework, merchandise, live events, live broadcasts and communications (internal and external).
  • Track and stay within budgets globally, making crucial spending decisions where necessary.
  • Communicate product status reports, assessing risk and new opportunities.
  • Work with the Director of Esports Leagues on distribution strategy, logistics, and content calendar.
  • Collaborate with leadership to establish program key performance indicators and measure program success over time.
  • Build and maintain exceptional relationships with internal and external teams to execute plans, including the development teams, community, marketing, public relations, events, broadcast, IT, legal, web, and others.
