Shoutbox Truncation Revisited

On any given day, a number of shoutbox announcements (under the "Last Completed Adjudications" tab) are truncated.

Here are 2 examples from the past 28 hours:

* trivia212005 's submission PlayStation - Need for Speed III: Hot Pursuit - NTSC - Hometown - See Rules [Fastest Lap] - 01:34.15 - Jared O* [06:10 AM]

* Siliconian 's submission Nintendo DS - 101-in-1 Explosive Megamix - Amazing Dressing / Dressing Room [Points] - 200,000 - Rodrigo Lopes* [06:50 AM]

In order to view the adjudication outcome of these submissions, one must access the submission topic using the corresponding link. It is an unnecessary inconvenience, but I can live with it.

Unfortunately, there is another problem.

Opening either submission (via the shoutbox link) causes an immediate logout from the site.

I have inspected the underlying URL for each of the submissions above.

Jared's submission:

In both cases, the "s=" option appears to be responsible for the issue.

Clicking on any of the embedded links (or right-clicking, then selecting "Open link in new tab") causes an immediate logout from the current session. Following are the 9 problematic links:

The best way to access any of the above submissions (without being logged out) is to right-click the embedded link, select "Copy link address" from the context menu, paste the URL into the address bar of a new tab, remove the "s=" component of the URL (everything between "?" and "t="), and finally press [Enter]. The entire process is an unnecessary exercise.

Closed submissions have recently been completing in groups of 3 (note the time stamps above). If one submission has a problem, all 3 of them do, whether the reported "shout" is truncated or not.

Is there any progress to report on this issue?
