Arcade submitions that doesnt exist... yet

Hello.

Did´nt know where to post this, so my apologies if it´s the wrong section.

I have started adjudicating submissions, and it´s really cool to watch someone get a great score on a known game, and also an unknown game! (for me)
I have a few arcade games in my shed, and really want to submit a score or 2. But, the category which I'm wishing to submit a score in is not listed in the current TG database.
The game I'm talking about is Sonic the Hedgehog for the SEGA MEGA TECH system:

This particular game also came on the [Sega Master System] but there´s no records listed..
How do I create the Arcade version on TG, if it´s possible (and more like it (PlayChoice 10))??

I believe new score tracks can be suggested in the 'Track Variation Discussion' under Twin Galaxies Main Forum

There is not a set in stone way to implement tracks under the new TG administration.
We are told it is something they are currently working on
Jace has eluded to this in previous State of the Galaxies web shows.
