Donkey Kong Symbolism
So I was playing Donkey Kong the other night and notice a lot of objects in the game and I decided to look into it and see if I could figure out what they represent. This is what I came up with.
Wild Barrels-DK desire to be free from jumpman circus act
Blue Barrels-DK overall mood under jumpman care after years of abuse
Regular Barrels-DK never ending fight to get away from jumpman
Fireballs-Jumpman's desire to cause harm to DK
Oil can-The heated battle between jumpman and DK
Prizes-Represents Pauline's many *** toys
Springs-Pauline desire to have long metal things
Pies-Pauline desire to be creampied
hammer-Jumpman desire to nail something
so what do guys think my list is right or no?

The symbolism in the game of Donkey Kong was actually designed to throw off casual investigations. The simple and obvious interpretation - man's search for union with the feminine, fighting the monkey of his lower nature, and the elusive nature of the quest, eluding him like a mirage in the desert.
The true symbolism spans the entire DK ouvre, and contains many Moorish, Templar and Ismaeli concepts. S*x magic, full conscious control of physical and mental processes, time travel, and the ancient and living religion of a hidden goddess are all interwoven into the symbolism of Donkey Kong.
