| Eligible ROM archive:- . puckman.zip. . "Stage 12" refers to the second maze in which the central prize, recognisable as a bell, is worth 3,000 points.. The timespan of the "perfect" stage 12 clearance is measured in frames. It starts at the frame in which the “READY!” disappears, and ends at the frame in which the player adds 20,600 points to his or her score.. Before the “READY!” disappears, the player's score must be between 28,600 and 184,200 (inclusive). Any other score shall result in rejection of the player's submission.. The frame numbers used to calculate the timespan shall be those assigned by the specific version of Wolf MAME used by the player, therefore Wolf MAME's input file (extension, INP) shall be the sole evidence of said timespan.. All frames must be counted, so the timespan is an inclusive total. Thus:-. Timespan = ending frame's number - starting frame's number + 1. . Errors yielding a longer timespan (more frames counted than necessary) shall be tolerated. Errors yielding a shorter timespan (uncounted frames) shall result in rejection of the player's submission..
