Submission Message	PAL submission. All Genesis Road Rash games are region free - The "World" (W) ROM is used for all regions. I start out playing Road Rash 3, then switch up to Road Rash 2 at 11:15. Fastest Time starts at 40:25. This was the time I was going for last night, to match mine and Marc's NTSC time for the track. So many attempts! Thanks for watching Dedicated to @Desidious
