Premiuim Leaderboards

It's probably not a good time to bring this up but I am so I don't forget about it. The TwinGalaxies founded tracks are in premium status and I'm not sure how the user created tracks are now differentiated.

1.) Have the member created tracks been gone through one by one and selected as approved to be premium or are they all not premium?

2.) How do we ask Twin Galaxies to create the premium tracks that are missing (i.e. Atari 2600 PAL Galaxian - Game 1B)?

And the font is so small on the title input box I couldn't even tell I misspelled the title. And the spell check doesn't seem to work.
