Thread derailment...sigh :(
How long would it take to achieve the high score on Splatterhouse? Is that a marathon-like game or is it relatively short to the finish?
How did this go from talking about how to become a referee to talking about Splatterhouse?
I would disagree, I think it is more a group than only one individual that is responsible for derailment. However, this does still remain a valid point. How does one become a TG referee now?
Was there ever any kind of answer in this thread that I may have over looked? Not sure if there will even be referees or not to be honest. I still think one if not quite a few people need to help fix variations, create new variations, correct dip switch settings and so on. This is just arcade and MAME stuff. There is classic console games and the modern day games as well and who knows what else.
The first reply by Jase was as close to an answer to my question as you can get atm. I think....
But instead of submitting tape scores still, maby a trusted ref. could simply be arround like in the old days, it would make things a lot easier - and not just for overseas gamers....
Sorry to push for an answer again, but I having the Top players from Denmark over for another Open Shed.
