Mark Kiehl has been a respected member of the Donkey Kong community for quite some time now. He currently holds the Donkey Kong Jr. world record at 1.4m+.

Mark's score was verified by the refs at the Donkey Kong Forum on October 11th, 2014. This verification qualified Mark to participate in Kong Off 4. There is absolutely no reason to believe this is anything but a legitimate score.

Just finished watching the video. WISH I could play DK like that. The only question regarding the submission is regarding the fact that we never see Mark's face. Since I am not a member over at DKF and have not followed the DK race as of late, I have not heard of Mark before. Some may recognize his voice and say "Oh sure, of course that is Mark". However, for those of us who do not know him, is the fact that he did not show his face an issue? Not trying to be an ass here. Obviously it was late (1:30am) when he finished the video and I completely understand forgetting to put a quick shot of ones mug in the video. As I am going to be submitting Robotron scores soon, I want to make sure what the general consensus on such matters is in this new era of TG. I know that in the past, such an omission would have disqualified the submission. With all that said, I have established myself among the Williams Players Unite Community and would hope that folks here on TG would accept their word regarding my reputation and skill set if there was ever any question about one of my submissions. With all that said, I will most likely be giving this submission a thumbs up. Just want to get a feel of how tough folks are going to be on this stuff moving forward.
