I haven't re-performed on 'normal mode' yet, only on 'hyper mode'. Going to do that now, hopefully be posting up a better 'normal' score shortly.

I was going to make a video showing the everdrive not carrying over codes when loading a new game to clarify/support his evidence package, but it looks like @YesAffinity already made a new submission. I know Chris is an expert at these games and more than capable of obtaining this score, he's already scored higher on actual arcade hardware.
Well, I'm glad Chris got this done. But we're having too many runs being redone and rejected/cancelled due to bureaucratic things. If the run has shown it's not hacked/cheated, it should just be passed unless it obviously breaks the rules. If the video is bad for some reason, it should be rejected. I think we all know the limits of human error and can tell when something is really wrong. We're overly paranoid because of the very few cheaters, and I really don't want a streaming only rule posted on this site as exist on some others.

I am comfortable with voting YES on this. This is the second Everdrive submission for SNES that has had this question arise. The proof video posted is all the assurance I need.
