Curious: is this a version of the MegaDrive/Genesis Vectorman that is buried in a larger framework from Sega or an entirely stand-alone version? For example, the one on Steam at http://store.steampowered.com/app/34280/VectorMan/ has a front-end selection screen where the operator can select any of the games.

    Are you on my radar?
I'd rather be last on every game than throw my time away chasing only one score.

It's the Sega Mega Drive & Genesis Classics Version on steam. If what i put is wrong, then it should be that as the game title and Vectorman - Points for the description, if that's correct?

I knew of that version but wasn't sure if there could have been a separate stand-alone version (in the DOS days, for example). I don't think there's a "right" or "wrong" in this case as the game is sold as Vectorman on Steam but then the player receives Sega Mega Drive & Genesis Classics (with just one game if that's your first purchase!). Having the clarity here, however, aids any future discussion on the matter. :)

Just to clarify something just in case. The general rules are the same as the other Vectorman points tracks' general rules. Nothing new is added onto the general rules.

The Sega Mega Drive and Genesis Classics is free to get, I don't know if I want to call it a game. But if you buy any Mega Drive or Genesis game on steam whether it's a stand-alone game or a bundle of games. The Sega Mega Drive and Genesis Classics app will pop up and show the games you have. So in my opinion, Vectorman or any Sega MD or Genesis game can probably be a stand-alone game.

P.S Actually the term that they put for SMDGC is a "launcher", is usually the correct term than calling it "app".

I can't help much here, but I think it's very important to use a good "standard" to identify (in the rules and/or in the title of the track) exactly which version it is.
Not sure if we already have, in TG, "standard" rules for "Steam" games (and games that have other "sources" too), but to be consistent is my opinion.

About the "single" game and "game purchased in a collection", I think that both games should be allowed for playing for TG, because they're the same game, right?

Yes, it should be the same game in both the collection and single copy. Actually if you buy the collection, the single copy game will show "In Library" meaning that you have/bought the game and don't have to repurchase it, only if you decide to buy a game to a friend.
