Dispute Evidence / RationaleScore not possible

You can have between approximately 1 million and 4 million by the time you reach the end of the game, depending on your skill level and if you milk the last boss with your reserve lives. You receive 10 million points for completing the game.

I'm guessing it was a typo and should have been 1.8m but its not possible and should be removed

Easy accept. Just some kind of bogus score or entered incorrectly.

Unfortunate that we don't have an inp to see what this score really was but I agree, this is not a possible score for this game and should be removed.

    Bumping with some more evidence.

Here is the MARP scoreboards for 1942 and 3 of its clones. You'll see that no score on any of the scoreboards fall between 2 and 11 million points. The best players at MARP get approximately 2-3 million during the course of the game and then finish for the 10million bonus. Simply not enough points to get 7.8m during the course of normal gameplay

I am always wary when confronted with an 'impossible' score. This one, however, is impossible due to how the game works, rather than just seeming to high to achieve. A rogue typo is the most likely culprit but it is impossible to be sure what the correct score should be.

This dispute is accepted and the score is being removed. Thanks everyone.
