Very interested how the system plays this out as well. It's like waiting for an Irish Cream coffee on Xmas morning.

    Interesting comparison there! haha

The newly submitted score will go through before this dispute wraps up, so I think this will be up to Dave. Does he want to hit people with a cred loss for something that has been remedied already (if that's even possible)...or be super-cool-awesome and let it go.

I think he will choose super-cool-awesome. I would.

I see what you mean yes. It would be an interesting fact to know nonetheless if we can remedy the problem ourselves before the dispute system takes hold and actually acts. Which, it seems if there is a clear dispute it takes awhile unless it's clear and it involves a superstar then we don't get an answer.

I think the main thing is, when you adjudicate, mistakes are going to happen, unless you are @stella_blue , it's just limiting the mistakes.

I see what you mean though, I just am eager to se if the TG system is up for that kind of action. :D

I think if a dispute is successful and vote was wrong then there will be a credibility hit even so in this case. We shall see my friend.

I'd be a bit more into this 'experiment' if I didn't have 4000 cred points on the line..lol

Yeah, I hear ya. We definitely get a dent if we miss something. It's almost unfair, but I suppose it's a higher standard to be held to. Don't worry, I missed some too, especially early on, but, as long as we took it seriously and got the majority correct we'll be alright. I don't think you'll have to worry, you're one of the most reliable people here.

It seems to me that since the score is gone but the dispute is still open, Dave will eventually have to move this to Accepted or this will stay open forever. I was hoping when the new score was submitted the old score and the dispute would go away but no such luck. I suppose it's still possible when the score gets accepted the dispute goes away but I'm not betting on it. And I'm guessing when this dispute gets accepted, we will all lose our cred points. Kind of sucks but I can't really argue that I don't deserve a hit here. Was just hoping for a loophole :)

    Follow me here...

    1) New valid score replaces this invalid score on the scoreboard
    2) This dispute is no longer valid because there is no longer an incorrect score on the score board
    3) Everybody changes their vote to 'no'
    4) No cred is lost

    Would that work?

Even if we did that the Yes vote will eventually mount up and trigger a response from TG and bring down the hammer anyway.

    Are you on my radar?
I'd rather be last on every game than throw my time away chasing only one score.

I'm still going the logic of, if it's resolved, no need to unleash the cred-loss-wrath. This thread can be put into the "Accepted" area and not trigger the cred loss. The loss would come when Dave removed the score...which there would be no need to (if it's even still possible) after the newly submitted score is accepted.

If we get a cred loss, it would be for "the principle of it"?..........pssh, come awwwn! :D
