I am unable to create a new track. I fill out every field, but then nothing happens when I click the next button.

That thing with the images is still wonky, at least with this track anyway.
Idk if you wanna delete the present image and I or someone else can try reuploading the image, but as of now it just has that broken link icon.

The Next button just takes you to the next section & the section headings can be clicked on normally. Perhaps that'll give you a work around for the moment?

Clicking Option from there does not work either. However, if I click back to Select, then I am able to click Option and successfully get there, lol.

I'm on Safari 17.1, when I attempt it on Chrome, it works just fine. This is not the first time I have noticed issues with TG and Safari.
