I just have Top 5

1. My World Record Count is no longer on my profile. I was getting PMs about me not having any scores in the database, which I have many.

2. Need to get rid of the home page before logging on. It is not used by many people at all and takes up space. You could always have a link somewhere if gamers wanted to read the news on Esports.

3. Every time I try to adjudicate a record , it says I have already done so. I haven't been able to look at a video and vote on it since early last year. I have given up really and am not adjudicating. Any reason why this would happen.

4. Settle it on the Screen needs to be weekly again. It really brought together the community of TG and gamers.

5. Need more gamers to post things. Seems like the same 5 people every day. Maybe make the Posting page more entertaining and exciting to read and post. Seems there is nothing relevant on the postings.

1: Clean up the New Track Marketplace. There are tons of proposals in there where the submitter has stated "dont fund this". All those need to be deleted. Then, add a way for the submitter to cancel a proposal.

2: Fix the ads so they don't appear in the middle of a post or in the middle of someone's profile.

3: Merge these accounts, they are the same person:

4: Member leader boards > most world records is displayed as decimals . Remove the decimals, this will only ever be whole numbers.

5: Make the "world record" count be all #1 scores, not just those which have TG listed as a track founder.

6: Make the swear filter a user option that can be turned off or on from the user's general settings. I'm an adult, and I'm not offended by the word c-h-e-a-p.

7: Fix the problem of having special and accented characters not displaying correctly. For example, the player's name here: https://www.twingalaxies.com/scores.php?player=40051

8: Fix the search box. As it is now, if you enter two search terms, it returns results for each term separately. There needs to be a way to only get results that include both search terms.

9: User profile > notifications tab > show more button does not work. Rather than showing more, it just duplicates the notifications already displayed.

1. Fix the "recent submission activity" banner, it is useless in its current state. It feels like it laughs at me everytime I enter the site.

2. Clean the "New Track Marketplace", it is a disgrace.

3. Delete tracks for games that don't exist, duplicate tracks, tracks that can't be submitted to, like this one there is no laps is just a free roam around the city with no timer.

4. Respect players. Like Shawn said, I'm an adult and I'm not offended by adult language. Stop hidding what you consider "bad words" for me, and let me choose if I want to see them or not.

5. More respect to players. When you open a thread for users to report errors, at least acknowledge the errors people report, it is very dissapointing to make a list o things that need to be fixed and just be ignored by the same people who asked us to report them.

6. Fix the wrong icons of the consoles. Currently Wii Virtual Console, PSP and PSVita all have the wrong icon. I reported this onths ago and nothing at all happened. Not even a message saying "we'll look at it" or nothing.

1. Clean the "new track market place" -- to be clear i'm not asking admin to try to figure out what tracks are good or bad. i'm talking about duplicate tracks which we were told from the beginning wouldnt be allowed as well as tracks where everyone who donated (everyone often being 1 person) agree the track should be removed.
2. add an abiltity to sort/filter dispute area based on type of dispute -- missing evidence, leeching, impossible score,....

3. on mobile, if i want to see ranking i can see top 10, but if i can click on the "more" button since its so low down my phone gets confused and pulls up the window select options. since i cant minimize the popup for top 10 there's no real work around for this. fine and good for people who arleady in the top 10, but some of us are still climbing and would like to be able to see the entire list on mobile

1. Create an admin ticketing system

a. tracks all user requests by date and ticket number

b. searchable so that user inquiries to admin for identical issues will be reduced

c. allows users to not feel like their requests have been missed

d. allows for aging reports on longest outstanding issues

e. allows for internal TG tracking of where time has been spent (as well as organization and prioritization of tickets)

f. allows for internal TG tracking of what issues come up the most (preventative maintenance)

2. Create a forum exclusively for policy discussion

3. Automatically subscribe a user to a thread anytime they vote on a submission

4. Notify all subscribers whenever "new video evidence" has been added to a thread and allow for a grace period prior to submission resolution so that users may have time to evaluate the new evidence.

5. Allow users to dispute game specific policy issues using a "game dispute" rather than attaching such issues to a players score. Player disputes unrelated to game specific policy issues should remain of course.

6. Allow for player disputes clearly made in error to be removed from a players dispute history

7. Combine PSN and Playstation consoles (PS2, PS3 and PS4) as applicable on the leaderboards. See previous requests for details.

8. Bring back SIOTS at least on a weekly basis - Basic TG coverage of active users is lacking. If not weekly support, consider matching user donations to SIOTS or offering a fixed amount of monthly "advertising and promotions expense" funds to SIOTS to at least partially assist in broadcasts.

9. The mame Tetris (set 1) track was inexplicitly replaced by Dragon Ninja. The two games have nothing to do with each other. Please resolve.

10. Broadcast a SotG monthly to discuss and communicate current and future TG topics. This broadcast could be hosted by any admin staff member on any given month. We're mostly all interested to know what the State of the Galaxies is, even if done so in an informal setting such as a simple twitch/youtube stream. Communication!

To fix:

1. Clean up the New Track Marketplace.

2. Fix the sorts on user's rankings list. For example, on mine, attempting to sort by platform results in a significant number of tracks out of order at the bottom: https://www.twingalaxies.com/gibgirl/rankings. I've seen this on others' pages too.

3. Fix the background on the Xbox 360 platform icon - it's transparent, unlike all other icons, thus looks really bad on the dark theme.

4. Fix notifications. They're really flaky. On one hand, if someone replies to a comment of yours in a thread, you get THREE notifications for it. On the other, it's not uncommon to get no notifications at all for other threads. The recent thread talking (again) about credibility (refs vs public adjudication) never sent me a notification when someone replied, even though I had posted multiple times.

5. Fix/remove that "swear" filter that filters out way too many words.

Small-scale requests:

1. Combine the PSN platforms with the proper console platforms. Combine Xbox Live and Xbox 360.

2. Add support for Mixer stream channels too, not just Twitch.

3. Add a ticketing system for a better means of submitting issues and tracking resolutions.

4. Add a "dollars" score type option for a track to use, as there are enough tracks that use money, and it looks really bad and when "float" has to be used. (perhaps there could be choices between "dollars" and "dollars and cents" even)

A large number of these are already on our list. Please expect an update very soon. All the posts here are appreciated. Some will already have noticed an increase in the rate of fixes, and we have many more improvements and new features on the way. Existing issues are now a massive priority.

In no particular order

Immediate Attention!

- Improved formatting features on blog posts... users should have to type in html end caps to bold, change color, under, resize fonts, etc....

- WYSIWYG in the New Track Form - It looks so good when I type out the rules, but looks so bad (compressed spacing, paragraphs, etc...) when its fully funded and displayed in the database.

- A Problem Log / Queue System - I have raised site errors for the past 2-3 years repeatedly without any resolution or response. So much is getting lost in the old forums and current blog post formats

- Forums - There are many reasons why forums are better for more global, inclusive discussions than the individual blog posts.

- Accurate Stats Displayed 'Real Time' on User Profile and/or Site Leaderboards (e.g., records, submission points, credibility, etc....)

Nice Enhancements

- Add ESI Column to track level leaderboards

- Platform Consolidation (e.g., PSN, XBox Live)

- Add Stat on # of 1st Place on Game leaderboards (The number of games you're ranked #1 based on the ESI)

System / Structure Enhancements

- Adjudication Process

(a) Submission Fees and Rewards Commensurate the Adjudication Effort

(b) Awarding Credibility for Credible / Value Add Actions

(c) Reduce the unpopular vote penalty

(d) Lock the Adjudication Process from new votes once a quorum is reached. Allow members who cast votes a reasonable time period to go back and review all evidence (new and old) and re-evaluate their vote.

(e) Cancellation is not the same as a rejected submission!!!!! It needs to be treated differently and not moved into the reject decision tree for programming convenience.

Holy crap, how did I forget about both of these? Definitely important.

1. Update the rules and policy page with ALL current rules.

2. Is pausing allowed for recording purposes or not, it was before, and now it seems up to the adjudicator.

3. Update the rules and policy page.

5. If 4 didn't explain it, update the rules and policy page.

By update I mean add everything. There have been discussions for years on whether thirsty party controllers are allowed, Everdrive carts, recording requirements....no more gray areas. Make a rule, black and white, so we as adjudicators can do our jobs easily. Seriously, how can pausing for recording purposes be allowed and have a rule written about it but not be allowed by pretty much all adjudicators? That is what I mean by great areas.

Two more: an old one that I can't believe I forgot and a new one...

-Resolve the premium/non premium track issue

-Add a stat on player profile pages indicating how many positions beaten versus esi earned

-Editing in: player stats of any kind so profiles read more like baseball cards (love baseball cards)

Certainly not a priority, but more stats in general gives a more detailed view at a glance.

-Average ESI per score

-Average ESI per 1st place score

This one is very close to the front of the queue. A ticketing system is one of the next priorities.

Out of curiosity, how will we know if the items we listed on here are being addressed, are to-dos for later, or are, well, not going to be done?

I ask because there's a couple items that I listed which I had brought up multiple times in the past with no acknowledgement, so I don't know if it's just a "to-do later", a "won't fix", or was somehow overlooked.

1. Bring back the forums.

2. Remove video ads from mobile.

3. Increase speed of the server. I dont' know if it is caused by large pages, or by under powered cloud servers,

or a combination of both. Both of these can be addressed.

EDIT - My 8 year old son Jacob just asked "Why does it take forever?" when I hit submit.

4. Increase size of fonts on Mobile. The website looks microscopic.

5. Unban Rudy.

6. Reban Rudy.

7. Allow people to purchase bling to show on their profile. That could replace ads.

8. Bring back State of the Galaxies. We need weekly contact with the staff. Hire an intern if you have to, or if you are camera shy. This is truly needed. The sense of community is dwindling.

9. Sound effects.

10. Add laugh, anger, sad, WTF to the Like and Thank buttons. This isn't 2004.

I would love to see a dislike button for posts. There are people here who apparently don't know they are trolls :) Even a threshold like reddit where a post can be hidden automatically once its hit a threshold of negative votes.
