Support system

Always good to have a support system when working towards your goals. Cardiac rehab is much easier with this little guy next to me!

I just started working on eating healthier and going to the gym everyday. It's been 2 and a half weeks and I already lost 15 pounds. But I over did it, both my knees are in pain as well as a muscle in my thigh. I been pretty upset about this and out of commission but I'm going to go over a new workout plan with my brother tomorrow (He's a fitness trainer). I also got off of psyc-meds for schizoeffective disorder so exercise has worked wonders on both my physical and mental health. You're incident and advice partly inspired me, as I had both a grandfather and stepfather die of heart failure. Stepfather was in his early 40s but he didn't take care of himself.

That's good that your doing this, hope your feeling better bro!

Know what works just as well as a treadmill for cardio? Also you and your son can have a bonding experience of teaching him how to use a axe. By destoying that red cab next to the pac-man he is playing on in that picture. It will be a memory, he will never forget. ;)

Thanks Hector! Glad to hear you are doing better. I’m sure you’ll get into a routine that you can avoid pain in your knees. Keep it up man!

Well I guess the treadmill is already being considered an illegal 3rd party piece to the cab anyway :)
