This was a screenshot from my phone. It uploaded in a decent size. Still waiting for the day when larger pictures will be auto-sized by the uploader.

right!! I can see a pair being 2k or around but they would have to have been shopped out. you always have to spend something on these to get them decent , think arcades hate having them break down but usually just leave them limping :( but they bring in too much $$ who don't wan't to race each other. I was lucky and somehow got a pair for $500 computers where saying NO SIGNAL but I fix pcs so I took chance.. they obviously working now lol they will go down in price after sitting on them big things a while

Yea, thats more than what I'd pay. $3000 isnt a terrible price for two linked F&F cabs that are in good working order, I see working single cabs listed somewhat regularly for 1200-1500$. I paid 1k for mine. If you can work on computers though you can probably do what PMX did and find one thats not 100% working and get it for a good deal, and then fix it yourself.

If you're not wanting to work on them, I have found the best bet for getting good games at a good price is to CONSTANTLY be searching FB Marketplace. When good deals come up they go very quickly. Doing this I was able to score an X-men 4 player in a Pit Fighter cab for $50!!! (Had to drive 3 hours one-way to pick it up) When Im in the market I check morning, noon, and night, every day, and have been able to build my collection for a relatively inexpensive price that way.
Another thing, obviously, is to haggle with people. I throw out 'lowball' numbers all the time. Worst they can say is no, and you usually learn there bottom line price immediately.

I would love for more people to start submitting to F&F though. My brother in law has a few games recorded we'll probably upload soon.

Think I may be picking up a Cruis'n World this Saturday. We'll see.

I cant remember what series it was, but my friend John Salter was upgrading the PC parts, the graphics card, etc. He put in a huge LCD then masked it down to 4:3. I know people are purists when it comes to old CRT's but for moremodern racing games I will go with LCD and higher frame rates every single time.
