Its just a shame arcade club doesnt have this game otherwise I might have had a go

Am I missing something here? Is there something wrong with the "worded rules" on that track? Is the current high score suspected of being impossible?

It just seems like a huge amount of money to be put up for an old game like that.

I have found there are 6 locations that has it if it helps anyone http://www.aurcade.com/games/view.aspx?id=19 Dont know how up to date it is or if the machine is actually on the floor and working but its a start with locating one if anyone is able to get to one of them. Good luck all.

TG rules for Alpine Ski contradict themselves!
Can someone help fix this!?

Notice all the records on Alpine Ski -Arcade- Points [Tournament Settings] are all put up by referees, because no one would submitted a score or vote yes on a submitted score with the rules contradicting themselves. I would in good conscience have to vote NO on any submitted score to this track or not vote at all which is not fair for people submitting scores.
For this reason I have not submitted a score to this track and why I created a separate track for Alpine Ski.

Here are the Issues with this track:
Current rules have you set Dip-Switch Bank A: Dip 1 ON Dip 2 OFF, which will set the bonus jump to have possible scores of 1000 -2500. but the rules spell out the bonus jumps should be at set to 800- 2000.
also rules have you set Dip-Switch Bank C: Dip 7 ON, which will make you invincible. But that can't be the intention of the TG rules to have you be invincible and not able to crash.

Those rules for DK at least don't contradict themselves. I know they are long and precise but to be honest, I like rules that are clear. The only real issue I have with the DK rules is to have an original power supply which I can't figure out any reason how an original power supply would change the game play. and how can you really know if roms are original by looking at them, when people can reproduce stickers to put on rom chips?
