How did you folks even notice your air quality got very slightly worse? Lol

Man, it's bad though, today wasn't too bad but the last few days even where I live they declared an 11 on our air quality scale, which is a scale of 1 to 10. They did that to underscore how bad it was. The world was literally like a photo taken with a sepia filter. 200 yard visibility. On Tuesday I took a picture of the sun because it was a clear day for clouds but the sun was a deep red thing the size of the late night moon around 1:00 pm....

That was mostly the Quebec wildfires but I also had one that was going not too far from my house for a few days, it was a smaller one, about 150 acres of woods on fire about 18 miles from my place.

Dude, we had that crazy red sun on Tuesday, too. That night, the moon was a wicked orange. Kinda cool, actually! Eh, it was calculated that if you stay out in it for 24 hours, it's equal to smoking 6 cigs. I cut down from 2-3 packs a day, to around 15 cigs a day. So I'm up to a pack a day. Not bad lol

Yeah, I made sure important documents were in my wallet for a couple days.

My own land is a 100 acres of ponds and mostly hardwood (that's not a flex, I'm in he middle of nowhere that cost much, much less than a condo in a town of 100'000 people) but... that could go up pretty fast too. It was pretty concerning. They got that fire dealt with yesterday but we're still dry as a bone in the area and there are lots of trees down and bone dry from the storm last May...
