Considering finally creating some official TG swag as an option for the community to buy, so that they can represent their membership and support the TG goal of putting player achievement front and center.

If TG does this, what kind of swag would you like to see in the TG store?

Suggestions are welcome!

i remember a long time ago someone else suggestging this, so dont accusae me of plagiraims i just forgot who, but i like the idea of things that both require money AND achievment.

as a bad example that makes the point, a t-shirt that says "TG recognized me as #1 on q*berts qubes and i still had to pay for this lousy shirt" -- it doesnt need the coyright protection of cetrificates, i guess if someone wants to counterfeit swag go for it, theres still some value in knowing you bought the legit one.

a jace hall costume in time for halloween -- i guarantee a few of your resident trolls would love it

a tg notepad for keeping track of game scores

i also never stopped loving stickers

Ball caps are a must when it comes to apparel and I imagine tees would be as well.

Stickers, keychains, and can coolers are all slam dunks as small merch.

Rosin bags and compression sleeves for the aging competitor would be a nice touch hahahahaha

I really enjoyed my TG hoodies and the T shirt. Ball cap sounds awesome too.

Other ideas:

- TG coffee mug (has to be big though, not a generic mug)

- pins (the kind you push into a wall) of various TG designs

- bumper stickers

- key chain

- flag

All the ideas are GREAT!

But...

Prolly baseball caps, t-shirts, and a couple different sized stickers at first.

I'm SURE the "product" will move, but it just seems like a good plan to start a little smaller than what you may eventually hope to accomplish, dip toes in the water.

I'm with Sean, on the "plain" aesthetic-I have my own jenny se qwa, but it's not based on "flashy" stuff, I like "simple".

Oh, and the Rogerpoco Bobblehead.

No way the inventory would ever be complete without it.

Oh and either number them or at least year stamp

you know how important it is to nerds to prove how they were involved before it was cool

Ya, that's a good one-I'd say the year stamp, doing serial numbers might get a bit complicated, but ya, Man, "geek" me would def. appreciate that addition, I get what you mean.

I'm not a nerd, I'm a geek.

Pretty sure nerds are usually a tad smarter than me, tbh.

But I like being a geek, suits me fine.

Ball cap and Hoodie.

That say,My Score is legit, I didn't cheat at Twin Galaxies. Unlike William.

If the merch endeavor turns out pretty lucrative and as an avid wrestling fan, championship belts would be cool. Nothing fancy of course but something to put your logo on.

Lol, I hate to say-

I have no more spiders.

I liked babies(slings), lots of care involved, but grown up spiders are really boring, tbh.

Biting the legs off-

Ha, I had two spiders(of over 400) that I wasn't scared of.

No way I'd get close enough to nip off an appendage!

Now, crab, "sea spiders"...

I'll eat as much of that as you can afford to provide...

:D

Florida Gulf Stone Crab-literally the best food in the World...

Twin Galaxies brand deodorant. For the gamer too busy to shower. Makes tournaments more pleasant for everyone.

TG Tooth Paste and Mouthwash. For all those dates you got lined up after that marathon gaming session.

TG Boxer Shorts: You are about to get the high score!

TG Bong: You are about to get high!

Instead of high scores, you can score high. Win win.

I do enjoy self-sardonic t-shirts. I can't think of anything to beat my "Six Pack Coming Soon" which sits on my rather large one-pack. :D Another one that springs to mind is a T which, from a distance, reads "I love my wife" but close up reads "I love that my wife lets me play video games."

In terms of merch, though, the primary factor is: is it crap enough quality that I'll regret having bought it...
