Over Top (MAME) - Stage 1 [Fastest Time]
6th place score is shown as 19:23.0. It's a typo, because this time is not possible. The correct is 19.23, for sure.

Resident Evil for Dreamcast.
https://www.twingalaxies.com/resident-evil/sega-dreamcast

This game doesn't exist for DC.
DC versions are:
- Resident Evil CODE: Veronica
- Resident Evil 2
- Resident Evil 3: Nemesis

Probably who created this variation intended to track
Resident Evil CODE: Veronica game. All the rules for the 4 variations on the TG database are fine for CODE: Veronica.
The field "rules" should be more detailed in my opinion, but the titles of the variations cover it (for example, Rocket Launcher).

There are zero submissions in the database.

NBA JAM T.E. (Genesis)
https://www.twingalaxies.com/nba-jam-te/sega-genesis-sega-mega-drive

I'd suggest to exclude this variation, because the correct name is NBA JAM: Tournament Edition and there is a PAL/1P variation already in the correct gamename:
https://www.twingalaxies.com/nba-jam-tournament-edition/sega-genesis-sega-mega-drive

However, there's a minimal difference between that
NBA JAM T.E. variaton (Tournament Mode = Off) and the NBA JAM Tournament Edition variation (Tournament Mode = On). So, considering it's a different setting, the only correction required is to rename from NBA JAM T.E. to NBA JAM Tournament Edition (linking that variation to this gamename).

I noted that T.E. was founded by @nads, @ssdninja, @Barthax and @Robbo, there:
https://www.twingalaxies.com/showthread.php/148256

Well, other detais is to edit Jam to JAM, that is the correct name, but it's not an important issue.
Thanks nads thanked this post

Cyborg Justice (Genesis).

TG database has a Cyborg Hunter variation for Genesis, however, Cyborg Hunter is a Master System game that doesn't have score and doesn't have options.

The Genesis game with scores and options is a different game: Cyborg Justice. The rules are fine.

Please edit this gamename from Cyborg Hunter to Cyborg Justice:

Tecmo World Cup '92 (Genesis)

Please edit game name from
Tecmo World Cup '93 to Tecmo World Cup '92 , because '93 is the Master System version and '92 is the Genesis version.

Hi TG

I have posted and ask TG fix this rules way back then and nothing has happened.
A few requests were posted after mine and were done, mine is still outstanding.
LINK:
https://www.twingalaxies.com/showthre...n-Errors/page3

Copy of that Track Presnetation track post here:
I cannot edit the general rules of a track I did found. Which is a "HUGE" problem.
gamers want to play and submit against this track but feel confuse due to the limits to clearly identify rules per track.

I have tried as an interim workaround name the deriviate tracks to incude 3 or 5 men but I cannot.
Now all the derivative tracks assume 5 men are allowed which is not, but only alowedon the main pacman track.

Two options listed below: At least post all the rules below in the main tarck rules and see if you can post individudal rules in each sub track if not at least all the games rules are then clearly listed.

The problem arise we cannot specify and edit specific rules for derivative tracks.

TG Admin need to check how the amendments of the rules will display.

Please post the rules as depicted below so that each derivative track has its own rules.

Currently when one click on "view rules" on the game list only the "General Rules" display for all and each derivative track
which was created under the main track "Pac-man High Score Challenge".

IF the TG site is designed so that all derivative will ALWAYS display the same "General Rules" that is captured under the main Pac-man track then put the PART A in General Rules of the main track and all derivative will automatically display the same "General Rules" text as captured in the main track.

If the TG is designed so that all derivative each derivative track can have its own "Game Specific Rules". That means TG can edit
"Game Specific Rules" for each track as shown below (PART B).

IF the TG site is designed so that all derivative will ALWAYS display the same "Game Specific Rules" that is captured under the main Pac-man track then put the PART B in Game Specific Rules of the main track and all derivative will automatically display the same "Game Specific Rules" text as captured in the main track.

Best case scenario:
- Post Part A in General Rules of maintrack and display automatically for all tracks (main track plus derivative tracks).
- Post Part B in Game Specific Rules for each tracks, separately.

Second Best case scenario:
- Post Part A in General Rules of maintrack and display automatically for all tracks (main track plus derivative tracks).
- Post Part B in Game Specific Rules of maintrack and display automatically for all tracks (main track plus derivative tracks).

PART A:

PCB need not be shown. Game settings as defined in the track description or rules must be able to be verified visually, either by info on the game play screen or by showing the game settings screen in system mode, setup mode, etc. If a game setting is not specified by the track description or rules, that setting is to be left at the factory/default game setting by using the system option on the multi PCB to restore factory/default game settings. If the multi PCB does not have a system option to restore factory/default game settings, the game setting(s) to be left at default should best reflect the factory/default game settings on the original dedicated arcade PCB whenever possible.

Instead of Pac-Man spesific rules only ALL the rules must be in the GAME SPESIFIC Rules section.

This is correct - derivative tracks always have the same rules as their parent. The circumstances you outline suggest you are trying to create 47 (if I count correctly) different rule sets for games on the same PCB. As there are no derivative tracks (tracks with the same rules), this will cost 47 x 35 Submission Points = 1645 Submission Points.

Also: why copy & paste rules which mention that the game has to be played at Funspot in the year 2002?!

Thanks Barthax I did not know that- so now TG only need to post the rules in the main track tahts it.
Thanks for pointing out my error in copy/paste. My eye did not ctach that one when I scanned through the text.

https://www.twingalaxies.com/x-men-6-...6-player-team/

Rules incorrectly refer to ROMset "xmen", but 6 player team play is impossible using this set.
The correct ROMset is "xmen6p"

There have been no submissions to this track, probably won't ever be, all else appears OK with the rules, and there have been no ROMset renames to date, so this should be a straightforward edit.

Don't ask why I was looking here... :P

This game entry has just the one track, which should probably be consolidated into https://www.twingalaxies.com/up-n-down/mame (note the extra hyphen). For MAME, they all use the "upndown" ROMset.

Non-existent game/platform
The platform and game that does not exist can be seen as the first entry on several player's lists. For example: https://www.twingalaxies.com/scores.php?player=36388 - achieves a rank of 58 on an entry that doesn't exist.
Also https://www.twingalaxies.com/scores.php?player=7470 as an example (several more gamers have this).

Wii Play, Nintendo Wii
Find Mii - Stages Completed
https://www.twingalaxies.com/wii-play.../1?ref=fbshare
This game is scored out of 99 - it is not a percentage game and the top score cannot be 100. I believe the percentages on the scoreboard as it stands are the individual's actual score (out of 99) as I can confirm mine is 78.
Sample maximum score:

Fusion Frenzy, Microsoft Xbox
PAL - Jetboat Sprint [Time Remaining]
https://www.twingalaxies.com/fusion-f.../1?ref=fbshare
NTSC - Jetboat Sprint [Time Remaining]
The rules are incorrect: there are only three laps to the race.
https://www.twingalaxies.com/fusion-f.../1?ref=fbshare

NTSC - Jetboat Sprint [Time Remaining]
https://www.twingalaxies.com/fusion-f.../1?ref=fbshare
The game is scored in whole seconds only so Katy Bride's score should be 55 seconds.

Mario Party DS, Nintendo DS
NTSC/PAL - Study Fall - Shortest Distance
The lowest score possible is zero and has been achieved by multiple gamers. Unfortunately, the TGSAP submissions do not appear on the scoreboard:

(Apologies if I missed anyone.)

Dirt Track Racing, PC
The scoreboard tracks and scores are all from the game "Dirt Track Racing Pinball", not "Dirt Track Racing" (which does exist as a game).
https://www.twingalaxies.com/dirt-track-racing/pc
The scores were part of the import from the old Tower of Pinball web site: web.archive.org/web/20080623201316/http://www.pcpinball.com/hiscores/list.phtml?pinball_id=76

I'm sticking my hands up and walking into that search light.
I added a new track for Track & Field. "Long Jump. Furthest distance." I chose the wrong "score type".
Can this be changed to the correct type, please.
Thank you very much.

What score type would you like it to be change to?

Right now it is set to point integer.

I'm not sure !!
We need distance. Meters and centimeters. From the list all I can imagine is the "float" option, but I don't even know what that means. Maybe we need a "distance" option?
As long as we can enter a decimal point, that's all that is needed.
Please tell me which one you chose afterwards.
Thank you very much.

We have a units of measurements scoring option on the to do list.

This would include Lbs/Kilos/inches/feet etc.

For now, we will change the scoring type to point float.
This will allow you to enter a score with a decimal point.
