On TrackMania 2, I've made some minor typos in the new tracks. For "Valley - Solo - Red" tracks, they should all be Dxx style but I've accidentally prefixed some with an E: https://www.twingalaxies.com/game/trackmania/pc/?track=Valley%20-%20Solo%20-%20Red%20-%20E - could the E be altered to a D. Thanks. :D

Mine seems to be working as intended now. Thank you very much. I hope everyone else's is back on track also.

So I was getting a video ready to submit for an Eternal Darkness speedrun submission (https://www.twingalaxies.com/game/eternal-darkness-sanitys-requiem/speed-runs), and I noticed there's no submit button there. Also, it doesn't show up if I select "Submit Score" from the Records option on the top menu bar.

I'd like to request this be fixed - and honestly, I think if it's going to be kept around, the track should be moved to under the Nintendo Gamecube platform and retitled "Fastest Completion (Any %)".

(EDIT: now I'm seeing it available through the 'submit score' option.. hmmmm... would still like kind of like to see it moved.)

Fixes should be:

1. All track descriptions, "Practice Mode" needs to be changed to "Training Mode".

2. Ski Jump tracks are labeled "Ski Jumping", change to "Ski Jump".

Thanks to @sdwyer138 for noticing these errors.

Hi @Barthax

This is now corrected. However, Valley - Solo - Red - D07 [Time] already exists so the "E07" track is a duplicate. This will need removing?

The difficulty switch settings should be removed from the track name, and should be in the rules as player's choice. Why? Because the game's final scoring takes the difficulty settings into account and rewards the player with additional points. Meaning that someone playing with both of them set to A would have more potential scoring than someone with one or both of them set to B.

Source: I played this a lot as a kid with a cousin of mine. Doesnt look like the game manual mentions it, apparently. And there don't seem to be any full runs on YouTube, either - guess I should break out Stella and make one!

Hi @Siliconian

Thanks for flagging these. These edits are now done. Please take a look.

In particular, please can you double-check Splatterhouse for my edit on the special rules. Is your explanation here referring to a kind of "exploit", in which players can essentially fight the boss on an endless loop? This involves killing the boss, thus winning 100,000 points and the bonus Lives, and then getting themselves killed right after, resulting in them fighting the boss again? Basically, it's a quick way to earning lots of extra lives and big points?

If that's correct, I will reword my edit to make clearer.

Or is it more simple than that?

Thanks
SD

EDIT: The Shark! Shark! tracks have disappeared. IT issue. Have notified and am on it!

I disagree. It is a computer just like PC, Mac, etc.

It runs emators.

Is mame on raspberry pi the same as on PC?

I don't think so. Much older versions ported over to Linux.

As for the track name, I don't remember what it was beforehand, so I might have failed to mention something, but I'd probably just call it "Score" or the like, since there aren't any other game types to select. There's only one, modified by the difficulty switches. So "Game 1" probably isn't ideal either.

Hi Stephen,

Yes, the changes looks like perfect!!!

Yes, a loop in last boss can earn 100k and extra lives, the rules say to kill the last boss and the game is over!

Just a new observation, please, change the Game Name: Carnival (Intellivision) to Carnival.

The Shark! Shark! still unavailable!

Just been browsing the scoreboard & found Syndicate. This is a game with results rated in days, hours and minutes - something the current submission form (possibly scoreboard) cannot cater to (and yes, I have footage I could submit, albeit for the PC version which isn't on the scoreboard).
