My first thought upon reading this would be that this is the type of error that needs to be settled by filing a dispute.

While numbers on our scoreboard match the numbers on the links that you sent, I don't feel comfortable relocating score by request. Additionally, you only point out 2 of the 5 scores there. There is one adjudicated with the TGSAP, so that one is fine... but the other 2 could be correctly place or they could not be.... It's a sticky situation.

Definitely something @Jace Hall should weigh in on.

i'm not taking rodrigo or matthew's side here, rather i agree with franny's other comment about fixing a score. challenges are needed for that, this thread should be for issues with the actual framework of the scoreboard itself. even if a mistake is proven, we need documenation of the change. remember, people in the past who screwed up the scoreboard were sure what they were doing was right and left no clear record. if we're to learn from that mistake, even when we're sure we're right we have to be humble enough to admit we might be wrong, and therefore a record is needed, and a dispute is the best way to attach and preserve that record

I'm not sure what the exact concern is but I will remind everyone that scores can only be removed if there is definitive and objective evidence that they are invalid. Popularity, conjecture or subjective opinion does absolutely nothing in terms of reaching the evidentiary standard needed to generate a removal.

This makes sense to me. To avoid confusion of course, Barthax is not talking about merging the scores on both tracks into one track, he's talking about listing both tracks under the same game.

Well, I know it's on the list of bugs and feature suggestions that the engineers are working from, so I figure it's new. Seems a good chance to offer some feedback on what works with it and what doesn't.

I know having it on the submission review page you screenshotted doesn't seem like quite the right place to have it. Though on the submission threads themselves, I think that might work well. Especially when the text color in the box is fixed for night mode. ;)
