If the score counter rolls over (at 1 million) when on or completing the jungle river screen, the lives counter will remain the same. This happened in Peter's game.

Both players were on their last life at the time they reached 1 million.

Great find! I looked into it, and here is what I've also found:

RAM address H83 stores the current level (0 to 9, with zero being the initial value which triggers a call to the the SEGA sprite) in the upper bit, with the lower 7 bits storing the 100K digit, while H84 stores the 10K and 1K digits, and H85 stores the 100s and 10s digit with the ones digit being a static zero (effectively just an unchanging sprite). When byte H83 is incremented while having a value of "99" (level 9, with another 9 as the 100K digit), all three bytes revert back to "00", calling the SEGA sprite and reverting the score back to zero, adding the remaining points earned from the last action afterward.

Interestingly enough, during a rollover on the first board, instruction f148 (LDA 10) loads "10" into the accumulator and f14A (STA 83) stores "1" into the 8th bit of H83 (level), and the lives revert back to 1 during this subroutine. However, during a rollover on board two, the instruction flow doesn't go anywhere near the subroutine where instruction f148 is located, and instead stores a zero in the upper bit of H83. Programmers put in a completely separate routine for board 1 vs. board 2.

Regarding the following track: https://www.twingalaxies.com/game/2048/atari-2600-vcs/standard-points/

The rules need line breaks to show. They should read:

Greetings once again @admin staff :)

The following game should be titled "Rambo III" rather than simply 'Rambo'

https://www.twingalaxies.com/game/rambo/arcade

There IS a game called 'Rambo' (Sega 2008), so this will cause confusion for anyone wanting to submit to either of these games. Several of the submission dates on this link predate 2008, so they are obviously for the 1989 arcade game titled "Rambo III".

The picture should probably be changed as well, as the featured picture is associated with the 2008 game, not the 1989 one.
Once again, I'd be happy to provide the proper picture were the present one deleted. Regardless of the pic though, its more important the title gets changed.
Thanks again

@jmb kindly highlighted some confusion I'd caused in the wording of rules for the Damage Generated set of tracks I recently created for the Burnout game on Xbox. Could the wording of the rules be altered for clarity purposes only. The tracks are https://www.twingalaxies.com/game/burnout/xbox/?track=Damage%20Generated

Old/current rules:

"You may used a leveled-up save file to access and use any vehicle.
Score entered is the dollar amount of damage generated over the course of a single attempt.
Must drive in the direction intended for the course."

Please change to:

"You may used a leveled-up save file to access and use any vehicle.
Score entered is the dollar amount of Insurance Damage shown on the results screen after a single attempt.
Must drive in the direction intended for the course."

Thanks. :D

Profile Page - Activity Links

There is an issue with several links located under the "Activity" tab (see below):

In order to access the information associated with each of the 4 links, it is necessary to right-click and select "Open link in new tab".

The standard left-click has no effect whatsoever.

Need some help here ok.

I been asking for help for over a week on the wall and PM to both @admin staff @SincerelyFranny , no answer zero response.

1. I cannot add 27 tracks from Mojave to Mulholland Dr.on the track Biggest Jump (on one jump attempt)

2. I added 2 rules to existing Fast and Furious Super Cars / Super Cars would that have effect on putting it under Fast and Furious Super Cars / Super Cars? If should it be deleted and put under additional information?

3. Should I leave out attempt in ( one jump attempt)?

Some outstanding pre-TGSAP scores which which need a fix before I can dispute them correctly. My times on the following tracks have all been rounded up at some point and need disputing but the attempting to raise a dispute results in the time being set to 0.00000 instead.

Under the rules section for the Missile Command Marathon track, it incorrectly states:

"Note: The above Dip Switches, are not only the FACTORY DEFAULT settings, but are also the correct Twin Galaxies Tournament Settings for this title and will provide the following settings."

The word "tournament" should be changed to "marathon"

Sorry to bust out 2 in a row on you @admin staff , I know you're busy, but this track is glitched in more ways than one.

There should be 2 scores listed on this track, but there are none. You cant see any of the performances for this game. It also says "MAME" under the drop down 'platform' menu when it should say arcade.

@admin staff Need line breaks added. Thank you!

∙ Difficulty switch settings have no effect in this title, and can therefore be in any position at any time.

@admin staff Another formatting request. Rules need line breaks. Also, the MD5 code for the Original version needs to be corrected.

@Pixe Sukola Request to change game name

Track: https://www.twingalaxies.com/game/arkyology/atari-2600-vcs/emu-game-1-difficulty-bb

Current name: "EMU - Game 1 - Difficulty B/B"
Should read: "EMU - Game 1 [Points]"

Current line is INCORRECT: "∙ Original version "Arkyology" - MD5: 93c4b910f7649b3e998bb6d8527c6f4a"
Should read: "∙ Original version "Arkyology" - MD5: 2434102f30eeb47792cf0825e368229b"

Please add line breaks to the rules, so they are display exactly how they are shown to the track creator immediately after creating the track, as demonstrated in the attached image below:

@admin staff *DUPLICATE TRACK* Please remove "Astro Attack" from the system. Currently only located on the Atari 2600 platform. No scores on the leaderboard.

Correct title: https://www.twingalaxies.com/game/time-warp/atari-2600-vcs

Title to completely remove: https://www.twingalaxies.com/game/astro-attack

"Time Warp" was released by multiple companies (Zellers and Funvision). "Astro Attack" is simply "Time Warp" reproduced and re-packaged by early 80s IP thieves who simply put their own label and name on the game. It's the exact same game.

Thank you as always!

@admin staff *RULES CORRECTION NEEDED* for all tracks on this title under the Atari 2600 platform:

https://www.twingalaxies.com/game/asterix

Please change the rules for the 2 tracks listed here:

https://www.twingalaxies.com/game/asterix/atari-2600-vcs/emu-game-1-points
https://www.twingalaxies.com/game/asterix/atari-2600-vcs/ntsc-game-1-points

... and if @Barthax , @Snowflake and @nads are okay with it, this one as well, as it appears they simply adopted the incorrect language from the two existing tracks at time of track creation:

https://www.twingalaxies.com/game/asterix/atari-2600-vcs/pal-game-1-points

They currently read:

"Game must begin at Round 1. Difficulty switches are not used in this game.
Players begin with three Lives. Bonus Lives are scored at 10,000, 50,000 and 100,000 points."

These rules are not even close to accurate. In accordance with the English* rules as stated on page 6 of the official Asterix manual here: http://www.ataricompendium.com/archives/manuals/vcs/vcs_manuals.html, they should be changed to:

"Game must begin at Round 1.
Difficulty switches are not used in this game.
Players begin with three Lives. Bonus Lives are earned at 10,000, 30,000, 50,000, 80,000, 110,000 and every 40,000 thereafter.

* The non-English sections of the official Asterix rulebook contains a typo, and incorrectly states a bonus life is earned at 100,000 rather than 110,000. The game issues the 5th bonus life at 110,000, is reflected in all other language sections in the rulebook, and reflects actual gameplay.

Another bump on these, I guess:

This one doesn't have a submission box, can't input time-

Coleco/Hardware/Skiing/Slalom/Skill 1

https://www.twingalaxies.com/easysubmit.php?variation_id=11756

Went ahead and looked-also-

Coleco/Hardware/Skiing/Downhill/Skill 1

https://www.twingalaxies.com/easysubmit.php?variation_id=11753

Coleco/Hardware/Skiing/Downhill/Skill 2

https://www.twingalaxies.com/easysubmit.php?variation_id=11754

Coleco/Hardware/Skiing/Downhill/Skill 3

https://www.twingalaxies.com/easysubmit.php?variation_id=11755

Coleco/Hardware/Skiing/Slalom/Skill 2

https://www.twingalaxies.com/easysubmit.php?variation_id=11757

Coleco/Hardware/Skiing/Slalom/Skill 3

https://www.twingalaxies.com/easysubmit.php?variation_id=11758

You can click to submit on these, but none have a box for score input.

Would really like to submit scores on this game, they are already accomplished, I just can't submit them.

Thanks!
