Hi all

We are aware that the accepted scores are not shown on the leaderboards. Please be assured that we are working to fix this and no record will be missed.

Recently we upgraded our database and after the upgrade one of the services did not function properly. We fixed the service but we have to wait for a few hours until it picks up the missing scores and reinserts them

We are estimating that the reinserting process will be completed by 14th October 10 pm PST .

We will keep monitoring the errors reported by users .

okay, i just lost about 90 credibility points and 31 submission points (no correlated wrong vote), while i'm getting updates saying that 2 submissions from me, 2 submissions from Terence O'Neill, & a submission from RogerPoco just went through, all of which were submitted & accepted between 9-12 & 9-14. um... and the way it's going, there will likely be more...

Hi All

A lot of notifications will be generated as the old scores are being processed again . In this process the users will be awarded CR and SP points . There will be deductions too.

These calculations will not be correct as the old scores are being reprocessed .

The reconciliation cron which runs at 5 am everyday will recalculate all the CR and SP from the beginning .

Incase you want your audit trail of the points and want to reconcile the CR we will be happy to send you the details after 48 hours from now

For the newer members experiencing this for the first time: essentially there's a maintenance task which is re-playing the history of the concluded submissions into the data. So your "current stats" are at some point in the history of your participation here and it is catching up. Eventually the maintenance will complete and then you should have the correct stats.

It was part of the maintenance period (as mentioned above): lots of notifications were sent "from the past" that got missed. :(

The scoreboard is referencing the wrong order for track https://www.twingalaxies.com/scores.php?scores=85825 - should be lowest is best.

A majority of my recent submissions once they have been uploaded play either upside down or sideways. This has been a problem I've ran into quite a few times but it seems to be happening more as of late. When my submissions are finished uploading the thumbnails show them right-side up, as they should be. However, when you play them, they're either upside down or sideways. After some time, some of them fix themselves to where they can be viewed properly, other times they stay upside down or sideways permanently. I don't know if this problem is happening for anyone else, but I thought I'd mention it.

Sure thing. How do I provide the original link? Would it happen to be the vzaar ID or is it something else? Sorry, I've never dealt with an issue like this and just want to be sure that I find and send the correct information.

I'm currently unable to add a new track proposal (derivatives are working). I fill in the form and Submit: get the pop-up confirming it will cost 10 SP. Clicking the OK button gets no reaction - it just sits there.

Was going through my notifications after the re-calibration and noticed I took a Cred Hit on the below.

I took a hit from it too. I didn't say anything because I honestly don't care one bit for credibility but if y'all do then it should be addressed.

Please fix this Hot Wheels Racing track I made for PS1. It only shows up under speedrun.
It appears on the PS1 leaderboards but when you click the image it takes you to this link.
