Can this The Crew track on Xbox 360 be changed to Integer and Highest-best, please: https://www.twingalaxies.com/scores.php?scores=197722

Please change the titles of these two tracks by replacing "Wel" with "Wet". The font on the menu selection screen is poor and looks like an "l". However the start / finish line banner clearly shows its actually a "t".

TG Jace Hall & Admin Staff Need Rules For Ghost 'N Goblins Since It Has Grandfathered None Exist.

Thank you Here below is important information please read and Check Out the Links:

Here's a request back in 2010 to reopen the GnG marathon track (grandfathered) since there's an equivalent track for MAME with the "no excessive leeching" caveat:
https://www.twingalaxies.com/showthr...oblins#post699 586

The marathon rules, ironically, date back to the Video Game Masters Tournament, and at that time the rules were dubbed "tournament rules." The one key element is that the rules of competition permitted the granting of bonus lives every 70,000 point. Since the game was basically brand new in 1985, I think the continuous granting of bonus lives wasn't a crazy proposition for a population still figuring out the game. At that time, there was only one specific "anti-leeching" scenario that was banned. I'm not clear if this is the same as the "cave leech" referenced in the MAME rules.

https://web.archive.org/web/20140123195127/http://mysite.verizon.net:80/hattg/pics/videogame/1986_VGM_TOGM.pdf

Richard Webb won the contest with a score of 510,500, achieved on June 27, 1986. However, if you look at the grandfathered track, his score states 2004, which I understand was a bug from a database migration event at that time.

For reference, here's the post announcing the decision to grandfather the track, based on the justification of leeching fears.

https://www.twingalaxies.com/showthread.php/118592-Ghosts-n-Goblins-New-Settings-Announced

I was never a fan of grandfathering, so yes, let's get this opened up for competition again.

updating the rules on this one is going to be non trivial. obviously it should be ungrandfathered. BUT, it was grandfatherd cause of the potential leeching. They didnt want to outright forbid leeching as that can be a problem with the track, but they thankfully didnt take the "limitied leeching allowed" subjective approach either. Theres gonna have to be some decison on where the line is on leeching, or if theres no line at all and full leeching allowed. it would make no sense to open it and outlaw leeching since thats what the new track was for. this track has to allow at least some leeching but the question is how much

I noticed that "normal" settings for Arkanoid and "normal" settings for Tournament Arkanoid (arcade version) are not the same.

First, I propose that they should be consistent.
Second, I propose that dip switch settings #1-7 should be "off" as the rules for both games already indicate off BUT #8 could be "on or off" for both Arkanoid and Tournament Arkanoid.
#8 does not affect score or the difficulty level on either game. Switch #8 only allows someone who's game ends from having used all their available lives to have the option of re-starting the game at the level they were at when their last life was finished. The newly started game starts them on their last screen but with a score of 0, so it doesn't affect records but allows arcade players to have fun moving through more screens.
I think these rules can be amended without effecting any of the leaderboard scores.

The track and derivative tracks for PGA Tour 2K21 should be "Points Integer - Lowest is best" (but are incorrectly set at "highest is best"):

Kik Start for the Atari PC line, is scored incorrectly, somehow.

https://www.twingalaxies.com/game/kik-start/atari-400-800-xl-xe

The game doesn't give points, it's timed, and the sum of three races.

Looks like the score on it was likely a 124.00 (tho I haven't seen a flat number come up myself), but again, as it's timed, it should be "lower is better".

Would like to submit on this one, if it can be fixed-I suppose I could dispute it, as there are no "points" in the game, but it's a clerical error that could easily be fixed.

Thanks!

Also, can you change Rule 1 to read out:

1. One player, unlimited continues, fastest to complete a vehicular combat mission.

@admin staff can you space out the arcade Batman 2013 racing game RULES so Twin Galaxies members read them. Thank you!

https://www.twingalaxies.com/game/batman-2013-racing-game

I had the RULES spaced out initially but it came out squeezed together and Twin Galaxies members are having a hard time reading the rules because of it. This was not my fault.

Here is the congested, compressed Batman 2013 racing game RULES look like here below:

This what the rules should look like condensed and spaced.

Twin Galaxies arcade Batman racing Rules:

1. One player, unlimited continues, fastest to complete a vehicular combat mission.

2. Game settings are not required to be seen. The player must show enough of the arcade game cabinet to confirm that the correct peripherals like steering wheel, pedals are being used.

3. Prohibited are glitches, car simulators, use of PC home version, emulators, wall-riding, cheat codes, clipping of the track, or hacking of the original game programming.

4. Conversion kits are allowed but must be in an arcade game cabinet.

Thank you and God Bless You and your family and friends
