Browsing all games from the platform view, it says there are two scores:

But when you click in to it, there is only one score:

In my above post, I specifically set the alignment of the images to left align, but when it was posted, that was lost.

Could the rules for Schmeiser Robo (Japan) on MAME be updated to clarify the difficulty DIP switch which arrived in 0.182, please.

- 0.182: Added dipswitch locations. Filled in missing 'Difficulty' switches for Schmeiser Robo [Brian Troha].

TG Game Entry: https://www.twingalaxies.com/game/schmeiser-robo-japan/mame/
Rules, Points: https://www.twingalaxies.com/scores.php?scores=110593

Current Rules:

ROMSet: Schmeisr
Flip Screen: Off
Service Mode: Off
Unknown: Off

Could you add a new line underneath these:

Difficulty: Normal (note: in MAME version 0.181 and prior ensure all Unknown DIP switches are Off and this will match.)

Thanks. :D

Could the rules for the game "Oriental Legend / Xi You Shi E Zhuan [ver. 126]" on MAME be brought into line with the defaults of the game as all submissions have not followed the rules (which are non-default) but instead used the defaults: the default internal setting for "Difficulty" is "Easy", not the "Normal" in the rules.

Here's a video which shows checking what the defaults are for MAME versions 0.106 (the rules base), 0.130, 0.160, 0.190, 0.220, 0.250:

... and the video of the legacy INP submissions. Note that this only confirms none of them changed the defaults (the setting is never visited in any of the INPs).

Could the following information be included in the rules to clarify that the settings show up wrong in the wolfmame's inpview playback for the following 2 tracks.

Note 1: Settings are shown (very briefly) during boot up around frame 850. - Thanks to Barthax
Note 2: The player can use Service Mode (F2) DURING RECORDING to show the settings. It is not possible to confirm the settings AFTER PLAYBACK has ended as MAME reverts to the localised configuration.

Can the M.A.M.E platform be fixed.

Currently it allows a user to submit a performance without an inp attached.

On a secondary note I think that this sometimes happens even if they do attach the inp, the system somehow looses

it or the gremlins steal it :)

Could the rules for Net Wars on MAME be updated to reflect changes in MAME's history, please. The Difficulty switch was identified in 0.136u3 and the default for 0.106-0.136 had been Easy - which happens to also match the rule for "Unknown: Off [All]". There were also some hidden re-labels in the "fixed dipswitches" so this is just a clarification change.

- 0.136u3: Stephane Humbert fixed dipswitches and inputs (after verification of the Z80 code) for Net Wars. Added dipswitches 'Difficulty', 'Reset on Check Error' and 3x 'Unused'.

TG Game Entry: https://www.twingalaxies.com/game/net-wars/mame/
Rules, Points: https://www.twingalaxies.com/scores.php?scores=78628

Before:

ROMSet: NetWars

Unknown: Off [All]

Lives: 3

Bonus Life: 20k and every 70k

Cabinet: Upright

Special Rules: None

After:

ROMSet: NetWars

Unknown: Off [All]

Difficulty: Easy (Note: in MAME 0.136 and prior, this was an Unknown difficulty switch must be set to Off to match.)

Lives: 3

Bonus Life: 20k and 50K (Note: in MAME 0.136 and prior, this was incorrectly labelled as "20k and every 70k".)

Cabinet: Upright

Special Rules: None

Thanks. :D

I'm currently "Guitar Hero: Van Halen" and there is no track for the song "Cathedral" for Bass Mode. So, can you eliminate this particular track please.

Hahaha! That's awesome!

I only guess you know why?

It's a guitar solo.

:D

If you happen to be scouring those, and there's a Bass track for Eruption, that likely doesn't exist either.

I hope to see you do some VH, Man. Tag me, plz!!!

Edit-

In looking, there are many, many errors in the track creation on this game.

:(

I could spend the time to point them out, but I'm kinda too busy actually trying to PLAY VH, on a real guitar, lol.

Ya, lots of songs attributed to the wrong artist and stuff, really need a big rework.

Can someone please update the rules on Stage 1 to reflect the other stages? I've done Stage 2, Stage 3 and Story Mode already, but had already submitted to Stage 1 as I didn't realise there were two ROMs. They're both identical, but someone said I'd need to update the rules to account for this.

https://www.twingalaxies.com/game/time-crisis/mame/

To confirm, please update the additional rules to the below. You can check the other ones as noted above if unsure, to make sure they match up.

Any controller, mouse, or lightgun may be used. If using lightgun modifications, they must be declared. All Hardware must be shown at the start or end of your submission.

1. romset: timecris

2. romset: timecrisa

3. romset: timecris/timecrisa
