TG certificates, who paid and still not gotten one.

TG certificates, who paid and still not gotten one? Roll call. I know of 2. That is already unacceptable based on the post made in June, based on the reason they were not delivered yet. Refund the users already. With interest.

    I would say anybody that still hasn't gotten their certificates to report this scam to the government here

    Not since the Knucklez/Adler era of TG has TG promised a service for money and not delivered. Deja vu all over again.

    I am personally only aware of 2 outstanding certificates.

    One of them we just confirmed was not received because the member supplied their old shipping address. They updated their address to correct the matter today.

    The other one has been sent out on two separate occasions, both times they have not been received. This is an international shipment in this case and Franny has been looking into why the package never reaches them each time it is sent.

    In all cases, the certificates went out as quickly as possible for whatever circumstance that existed at the time of the order. There have been no deliberate delays.

    The vast majority of certificates have been sent and delivered without significant issue - however, like anything else, there will always be some challenges.
