Zero submission points

Unsurprisingly, I'm back at zero submission points again. RL circumstances prevent me from reviewing much but still have plenty of spare time for gaming. The queue of PBs is mounting - 3900+ documented and this would soar beyond 5000 if I were to find the time to finish documenting the outstanding stuff. I'm not envisioning cutting out TG but there's definitely a waning trend so will probably get quieter further before there's any renewed passion (or find a fix to the Internet-access vs. life balance). Enjoy your gaming. :)

That's unfortunate. Perhaps TG should implement some sort of rewards program to help with this. You earn 1 SP point for your first 2500-5000 subs voted on. Then you earn 2 SP on your next 5000 subs voted on. Ultimately earning 3 SP per vote.

While it would only benefit people who post tons of scores, it doesn't hurt those that don't submit a lot either so there is really no harm. If you have been around a long time and taken the time to vote, you get a little bonus for it the longer you do it. Yeah, I know. Insert blind voters argument but that is going to happen regardless

is your personal queue going down faster than growing? have you been submitting long enough that you have enough of an idea of average that you have an estimate when you'll be all caught up?

none of my business of course, but you affect queue size so i cant help but be curious when that part of the queue will be done with. also this sentence needs a tone check and i need to explicilty say i'm not faulting mass submissions, i just like to try to predict queue size

If you do your behind the scenes bit, and get TG to institute an SP transfer feature, I'll give you the 15,000

It's going up. It has just had a massive infusion of Dissidia: Final Fantasy Opera Omnia and Iron Maiden: Legacy of the Beast (big but much smaller then the prior title). They are both relentless titles & I've sunk several hundred hours into each (many unrecorded) yet still no-where near capable of completing the current raft of stages either presents. DFFOO alone: I'm looking at 100+ undocumented videos (many others already documented) each with ~10+ unique PBs. It's an absolutely massive game and really easy to play, idling through it - I'm often recording while doing something else. Iron Maiden: LotB pretty much plays itself (great considering the number of hours required) and the recording requirements are far less to cover it's suite of stages (25 vids documented, 5 outstanding).

There's tons of videos from 2010ish onwards also yet to be documented - including other massive titles like FFXIII (~25 vids), FFXIII-2 (~40 vids) - each video of those will guestimately contain 40-100 unique PBs. Other entire racing games are fully documented but no tracks (Forza Horizon 4 has no racing tracks in it yet but the footage is documented).

The documentation process occurs at home - where I have the stable Internet access. So that documentation process is just as hampered as the review process (same thought processes, same location).

A wonderful gesture, thank you. Part of the whole issue is simply time to myself at the right location, however. So, many of those points would just sit idle - better in your account for whatever future possibilities as you've definitely earned them. Spend a few more on HCR - it's not forgotten by myself either (nor HCR2). ;)

It occurs to me the link to my "reference" spreadsheet used to be in my signature but that got canned when the signatures were forcibly reduced to 100 chars (what I used to refer to as my "radar").

"Score Challenges" spreadsheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1pelLvOcLJL6XoUQUom-7R7uomx5V-8Pe86qXhhAzNC8/edit?usp=sharing - it's never been unshared from way back and I still use it as primary reference for my achievements. Unrecorded PBs are "M.I.A." notes in the Own Score column, PB Recorded are potential/pending subs, 999 ranks are intended plays/undocumented in videos and there's a bunch of target scores for various others stuff (many stale/out of date). A bunch of other stuff going on in the other tabs too.
