Some of you may notice that there is a new status type that appears on the leaderboards called "View Inactive Dispute"
Explanation -
An "Inactive Dispute" represents a dispute claim filing that has been reviewed and addressed by TG as reasonably far as the current request/content/evidence of that claim can objectively and definitively support (in TG's view.)
The file remains open, allowing for additional information to be added as necessary - and if added information warrants the dispute claim to become fully active again so it can be reviewed further by TG, then that event will occur.
An inactive dispute can be considered as the matter having been settled, until there is reason to consider the matter further due to additional evidence.
There are different reasons that a dispute may be set to inactive status. Here are a couple:
1.) A claim is made with insufficient evidence, and then the claim just sits for a lengthy time with no further significant evidence added to substantiate itself to resolution and performance removal.
2.) A claim did not specifically require performance removal for TG to resolve.
Thank you.
