Hello Everyone.

A quick note -

When we finish with our list of internally known issues regarding the recent maintenance we will more formally list out what all the major changes have been so that the community can be sure that they have not missed anything in their examination and feedback.

In regard to the obvious changes made to the user profile page, the goal here is similar (not exact) to the kind of thing that you may find when looking at the IMDB. We think that it is beneficial to the user for a Twin Galaxies profile page to be able to show a simple and digestible short "snapshot" of all their gaming achievements, and then have the profile page be able to direct a visitor to the appropriate place for more information if desired. Essentially a map to all the users achievements, wherever they may be.

We are not trying to have a complete and totally duplicate comprehensive list of a 3rd party site's achievements - it is better for a person to visit those specific sites to get the full lists and detailed information.

We hope to include more places so that the TG profiles can be as useful as possible for all.

If you have a request for TG to support an additional 3rd party site that recognizes game achievement, please let us know. With enough support to justify the work, TG will add it!

We hope people like the general concept of what we are trying to accomplish. We will keep working on it over time to make it as efficient and useful as possible.

love the extra achievements. would now be an appropriate time to request more tg achievemnts? like your esi per platform also on that page?

That's interesting. Will make a note of this concept and see what we can do after we get all the bugs fixed!

I modified my username on steam, entered it on my profile page, but I still get nothing. The link works, but nothing is populated.

The system seems to be case sensitive. Are there any discrepancies there?

Everything seems to need to be in lower case...

In steam there is an ability to create a custom URL.

What I did was create one, and then use that ID for the system.

Please try that and see if it works.

Sorry for all the trouble, we are still working out the kinks of doing this....

Nothing showing up on mine either - updated my TG profile some hours back (obviously don't know what a "reasonable" time period is to wait for the data collection) to reflect the Custom URL of my Steam Community profile: https://www.steamcommunity.com/id/Barthax . I made sure I'd loaded a couple of games to ensure they appear in the Recently of the profile.

Please make sure your steam account is set to allow PUBLIC view. That may help.

It definitely is for me - I'm a long-time user of https://truesteamachievements.com/ which requires the same. However, just to be absolutely certain, I've checked & can confirm.
