We are pleased to announce that the Twin Galaxies video player now is capable of showing MILLISECONDS in its elapsed time display!

A few interesting items:

1.) As far as we know, Youtube, Twitch, Vimeo, etc. do not seem to supply this functionality. It's possible that maybe we overlooked something, but it looks like TG has perhaps brought something new... YAY!

2.) This functionality helps to provide a more consistent method of displaying frame-by-frame time display that is not able to be potentially manipulated in the same manner that a user-generated "in video" millisecond time display overlay theoretically could be falsely presented on screen.

3.) Should make it much easier to verify performances that claim specific times.

4.) Etc

REMEMBER - the TG VIDEO PLAYER supports frame-by-frame step-thru.

To use the frame step function, simply pause the playing video and:

Tap the ">" key to step one frame forward (or the "." key)

Tap the "<" key to step one frame backward (or the "," key)

With the new millisecond system you can now see a distinct TIMESTAMP for every frame of video!

We hope that the community finds this addition useful.

Thank you for being part of Twin Galaxies!

Awesome. Won't stop the arguments over calculating the difference between two frames in manually timed runs but at least the maths will be much easier. :D

Should make determining scores on a "15 minute" play much easier to verify the exact frame of score which is applicable.
