Paul Dean had to change gears from low to high gear at different places in the game & it was for a brief second enough to avoid the enemies, obstacles,avoid going in wrong route,& groups of enemies, to get fuel,call out to the service truck to avoid hard areas & enemies etc.Paul Dean knows

I would say you are correct on all the games above. I would argue that Arcade and MAME for Gun Smoke are actually quite similar, just that the first bonus comes at 30k and not 20k. I would wager that 30k/100k/100k on iCade is actually the same as 30k/100k/100k+ and that the cabinet setting is irrelevant
