During the Battlefield V reveal, EA brought up the release of Battlefield 1's In The Name Of The Tsar DLC content, as well as Battlefield 4's Final Stand, which will be only available for free until May 29th before the prices goes up.

Although mentioned briefly yesterday, today's Battlefield V reveal brought with it new details on the new content for the older Battlefield games. Battlefield 1: In The Name of the Tsar is the bigger of the two reveals, coming alongside Battlefield 4: Final Stand, which are both available right now for free until May 29th, 2018.

Final Stand is the final expansion DLC for Battlefield 4, offering a larger map style than the previous Dragon's Teeth DLC did. This DLC encourages vehicular combat and wide open range of movement all in a snow-covered setting.

In the Name of the Tsar, on the other hand, is Battlefield 1's second expansion and with its arrival comes tons of additional content to the game. Starting out, the player joins forces with the Russian army during WW1. Offering a scout class represented by the Women's Battalion of Death during the first world war, the game also includes new vehicles, 11 new weapons, and a new stationary weapon included. A new game mode, Supply Drop is a fast-paced objective-based firefight that is all about picking up airdrops around the map. Cavalry has the option to use lances and horses have a new move set.

New challenges and specializations evolve the meta for the entire game with skills like Quick Regen and Bayonet Training and more can be unlocked through Service Assignments, which are special challenges, in game.
