It’s time for more Street Fighter V missions! This week’s missions and Extra Battles will be challenging, but we’ve got your back on how to successfully complete each of them! Let’s get started.
Perform a counter 10 times! - 150 FM - Players must perform a counter hit 10 times in Ranked, Casual, or Battle Lounge modes. Not overly difficult, but not too easy, either.
Sleeping Dog - 2500 FM - This week’s “vague challenge” takes us to the Apprentice Alley stage. Perform three knockdowns near the sleeping dog in the background to wake it up and secure the bag. Like all of the vague challenges, this can be performed offline. Just make sure to give it some scratchies on your way out for being the best boy or girl ever.
View a Demonstration - 250 FM - Head over to the Demonstrations tab, select a character, and go through the Demonstration for an easy 250 FM.
Get a KO with an EX Move 10 times! - 250 FM - Considering the work this will take versus the previous mission, it’s amazing that they reward the same amount of fight money. Head on over to either Ranked, Casual, or Battle Lounge modes and finish your rounds with an EX move to receive your money. If you need to collude, we promise we won’t tell.
Extra Battles:
This week’s Extra Battles gives you the opportunity to battle a super-powered AI Necalli for a title and character EXP, as well as kick off the Ryu Crossover Costume event. Ryu dons the armor of the famous knight Arthur from the Ghosts N’ Goblins series.
Triggered Necalli
Triggered Necalli is an interesting challenge to say the least. The Aztec warrior will have already activated his V-Trigger when you start, and comes with a full bar of Super meter to boot. He also deals more damage than usual and cannot be stunned. It costs 1,000 FM to challenge Necalli, and he will reward victors with the “Prophecy of the End” title and 10,000 character EXP. Bring your A game here, for sure. One slip up and Necalli can take a nice chunk of your health away.
Ryu Crossover Costume
The first week of Ryu’s Crossover Costume event is now live and players will be able to unlock the first portion of the Arthur costume, the greaves. Unlike the other Extra Battle, this should be a breeze for any Street Fighter V player, Ryu doesn’t put up much of a fight.
Players can also unlock background music (BGM) from the Super Ghouls’n Ghosts series for 1000FM. Ryu will put up a bit more of a fight this time, so pick your favorite character and put an end to the ordinary man quickly to claim your reward.
