Forza is set to bring racing fans an all-new and fantastic experience later in 2018. Forza Horizon 4 has been announced at Microsoft's E3 press conference.

Racing fans rejoice. The Forza series has its next entry. At Microsoft’s E3 Presentation, Forza Horizon 4 was announced and it looks set to bring wild new styles of racing to the premier sim series.

When the trailer launched at E3, it looked like the standard pedigree of Forza racing. That said, a few different styles of vehicles started to show up a few minutes into the trailer. We saw dune buggies, bikes, and, perhaps the most outlandish, hovercrafts. Forza Horizon 4 is also going to feature some new open world and widely varied racing tracks and competitions. You can see the reveal trailer below.

After the trailer, Playground Games’ Ralph Fulton came out to speak to further features in the game, claiming that Forza Horizon 4 will bring a whole new level of fun to multiplayer to the franchise with an upgraded level of detail, the varied level of tracks, open-world racing, and varied selection. It's looking like Forza fans will have a lot more ways to engage with other players the world round in this interesting new title.

What's more, we won't have to wait too long for Forza Horizon 4. The game is set to launch on Xbox One and PC on October 2, 2018, and will also be featured on the Xbox Game Pass.

Don't miss the other exciting reveals at Microsoft's E3 presentation as well, including a teaser for a new Halo game and the latest on Crackdown 3!
