We've seen some shenanigans out of the NA LCS already this weekend, but Echo Fox seem determined to find new ways to confuse their opponents. Combined with an unfortunate server error, Echo Fox claims victory through impressive team play.

The recent changes to the Meta have resulted in some unusual picks and team composition, but they rarely lead to role swaps within the teams themselves, unless you’re Echo Fox that is. Coming off the back of a very impressive victory yesterday, the plucky squad have again opted to mix things up to confuse their opponents, this time sending Huni to the jungle to take advantage of his Taliyah knowledge as they look to gain an advantage over Clutch Gaming. Here’s a brief breakdown of the game.

Clutch Gaming struck early and hard in this match, catching first blood before looking to for. The second skirmish resulted in a 1-1 trade after some excellent micro-play from Huni, however the damage was done. Despite Clutch Gaming managing to maintain a kill lead for some time, Echo Fox had the actual advantage as they claimed the neutral objectives to build a gold lead.

After a massive team fight in the late game around Baron, Echo Fox were able to pick up multiple members of Clutch Gaming, and after running down the survivors, open up the base of Clutch Gaming and take down the first inhibitor of the game. Both teams looked to rotate to the bot side to contest the inhibitor and turrets there, before a pause interrupted the flow of the game, giving both teams a chance to take a breather and gather their thoughts.

Unfortunately for Clutch Gaming, Riot Games Officials could not resolve the server crash that caused the pause, and therefore awarded the win to Echo Fox due to their substantial lead.
