Tfue of FaZe Clan has had his main account for Fortnite banned by Epic Games for violating the developer's end-user license agreement (EULA).

FaZe Clan Fortnite player Tfue will not be playing in Week 7 of the KEEMSTAR Friday Fortnite UMG Tournament with his main account that he has used in past iterations of the event, as Epic Games has banned the main account of Tfue from Fortnite for account selling purchasing, which goes against Epic Games' end-user license agreement (EULA)

Tfue of FaZe Clan discussed the permanent ban of his main account for Fortnite by Epic Games on his stream, but did not disclose the exact reason for why his account was banned, while claiming that developers of Battle Royale games hate him and his style of play.

Tfue's FaZe Clan teammate of Dennis "Cloak" Lepore confirmed that his teammate's account had been banned on his personal stream, but stated that the reasoning for why the account of Tfue was banned by Epic Games was due to Tfue exploiting glitches on his stream.

However, on a thread discussing the banned account of the player on the official subreddit for the title, an Epic Games employee stated that the main account of the FaZe Clan Fortnite player was banned because Tfue had violated the developer's EULA for account purchasing and posted two examples of the player posting tweets regarding this breach of Epic Games' EULA

The player has since created a new account to continue playing Fortnite on and is expected to compete in today's KEEMSTAR Friday Fortnite UMG Tournament with the new account, but ultimately Epic Games has made it clear that even the most popular and talented members of the community are not exempt from being banned for breaking the rules that it has put into place for its battle royale title.

With many exclusive skins from the earlier days of Fortnite, such as the Skull Trooper, having a very high value due to their rarity from not being available to purchase since they were first introduced, it has become common sight to see members of the community on social media looking to buy and sell accounts that have the valuable cosmetic items. Unfortunately for Tfue, this has resulted in his main account being banned.
