Arena of Valor is on its way to the Nintendo Switch, but players and fans can get in on the action early. A closed Beta will be taking place shortly and we've got the details on when and how to get in here.

Arena of Valor is a mobile take on the MOBA genre that has found itself a good following across the world. Between joining the likes of StarCraft 2, League of Legends, and more as an event for the 2018 Asian Games and being a big part of the ESL Arena at E3 2018, the game has been building its reputation as a fertile ground for competitive play and spectacle. Now its developers are expanding Arena of Valor’s reach even further with a port over to the Nintendo Switch later this year, and players can get in on the action early if selected for the closed Beta coming at the end of June.

Announced on the Arena of Valor website, the Beta will begin on Thursday, June 28 and last until Thursday, July 12. It will be available for selected players in North American and European regions. To be in the running for selection and admission to the closed Beta, players must go to the Arena of Valor website and fill out a quick survey. The trailer for the Beta can be seen below.

If selected, players will be able to partake in Arena of Valor on the Nintendo Switch when it becomes available at the end of June. Further Betas may be announced (this is the second for European players), but otherwise, the full game will be coming on the Switch soon. We’ll have the latest on the Beta as details become available.
