Friday, June 22nd saw Week 7 of the KEEMSTAR Friday Fortnite UMG Tournament crown a champion in FaZe Clan duo Tfue and Dennis "Cloak" Lepore and secure the third KEEMSTAR Friday Fortnite title for the talented duo. 

Now the attention of the competitive community will be tuned into the next major event hosted by YouTuber Daniel "KEEMSTAR" Keem and competitive gaming tournament platform UMG, as the next Saturday Fortnite event is set to take place on Saturday, June 23rd. 

Operating in the same format and under the same rules as the Friday Fortnite Tournament, the Saturday event offers smaller streamers, content creators and players a chance to compete for a spot in the Friday event taking place the following week and a $5,000 prize pool.

However, this week's Saturday UMG Tournament will have its share of notable names competing in it, such as professional Call of Duty players Thomas "TJHaly" Haly of Rise Nation and Josiah "Slacked" Berry of Luminosity Gaming teaming up as a duo. 

The 64 players competing in the Saturday Fortnite UMG Tournament will compete as 32 teams of duos who will play squads matches with their opponents. Whichever team is able to secure the most amount of kills in two matches is declared the winner. A third match will be played if the kill totals of the two teams are tied after the two games. Players are prohibited from engaging in any action that may cause the death of their opponents, such as destroying structures and cover or boogie bombing them. 

With thousands of dollars and a spot in the next KEEMSTAR Friday Fortnite UMG Tournament on the line, expect to see the very best Fortnite from each of the 64 competitors in today's Saturday Fortnite UMG Tournament.
