Dragon Ball FighterZ

The first year of Dragon Ball FighterZ at Evo is sure to be spectacular. All of the heavy hitters are in attendance, including SonicFox, GO1, Kazunoko, Hook Gang God, Dogura and more! With over 2,500 players registered for the inaugural appearance of Dragon Ball FighterZ, you’ll be able to see the game streamed all day Friday and Saturday.

Street Fighter V

The third year of Street Fighter V will be heated as the best players in the world converge on Las Vegas, NV. A huge amount of Capcom Pro Tour points are on the line as Evo Japan champion, Infiltration is vying for a repeat performance. Meanwhile, Fujimura, the current Capcom Pro Tour points leader has been on a tear this tournament season and is heavily favored to win. Can returning favorites Tokido, Daigo or NuckleDu make their way into top 8 as well? The titans will clash all weekend long!

Tekken 7

This is the fourth year for Tekken 7 after two years running on arcade hardware followed by its first console year in 2017. The Japanese and Korean players have been dominating the Tekken 7 tournaments all year, but strong players from the US are looking to disrupt that trend at Evo 2018.

Super Smash Bros. Wii U

In what will almost certainly be the last year for Super Smash Bros. Wii U at Evo, the fight for the final Evo title will be one for the record books. Who will take the Smash 4 title before Smash Ultimate makes a likely debut at Evo 2019?

Super Smash Bros. Melee

There’s been a lot of speculation about Smash Melee not returning to Evo next year, with Evo 2019 potentially opting for Smash Ultimate as the only Smash title at the event. If that’s the case, this could be the final year for the Smash Gods to win an Evo title in Melee.

Sunday: 10:30am Start Time

BlazBlue Cross Tag Battle

The inaugural year for BlazBlue Cross Tag Battle will see a lot of competition from both anime players and Marvel players. With the game releasing in June, there hasn’t been a lot of time to develop tech, which makes Evo 2018 the first true proving ground for many of the players in attendance.

Semi-Finals
Friday: 8pm - 10pm

Guilty Gear Xrd REV2

It feels as though Guilty Gear is the game that just keeps coming back to Evo. With REV2 coming back to Evo once more, could this be the last year before a new revision or even a new game takes over? It’s too early to tell, but at the very least the best of the best will be on hand in Las Vegas to claim the Evo 2018 title.

Injustice 2

In what will likely be the final year of Injustice 2 at the Evo Championship Series, there are a lot of question marks surrounding the game. Will SonicFox put down Dragon Ball FighterZ long enough to take home the final Evo title for Injustice 2? With Dragon, Foxy Grampa, Tekken Master or any of the other Injustice 2 power houses bring home the title? We’ll find out this weekend!
