The Overwatch League off-season roster shuffles seem to be affecting almost every team in the league, though some teams seem harder hit than others. Earlier in the week the Boston Uprising made four cuts to their roster, releasing Shin “Kalios” Woo-Yul, Connor “Avast” Prince, and Mikias “Snow” Yohannes. In a statement at the time of release, Chris “HuK” Loranger, President of Gaming for The Kraft Group, the owners of the team, made this statement: ““Each of these players were a key part of our inaugural season and I want to thank them for their contributions and hard work. We wish them the best of luck and look forward to seeing where they go from here.”

Now it seems that that was not the only roster change the team had planned to make, announcing on Twitter today that Stanislav “Mistakes” Danilov was also to be released from the team. “You were a sub that played here and there, but stepped up for the team when we needed you most,” Wrote HuK. “We went on to have a perfect stage and the longest win streak in the League during one of our toughest times as a team.”
Mistakes was originally a sub for the team but was brought into the starting line-up after allegations of misconduct were brought against their star DPS player, Jonathan "DreamKazper" Sanchez. After joining the main roster, Mistakes and the Boston Uprising went on to have a stellar performance, claiming a fourteen-game winning streak, and finishing third overall in the Overwatch League.
