On Tuesday, September 11th Guy "Dr DisRespect" Beahm was streaming the Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 Blackout battle royale Beta to tens of thousands of viewers when the popular Twitch streamer suddenly broke out of his Dr DisRespect character as gunshots could be heard being fired at his home.

You can find the moment when the shots can first be heard on the stream of Dr DisRespect below, as the streamer gets up to go investigate the incident. 

Dr DisRespect returned to his stream after investigating the gunshots and explained that someone had fired and hit an upstairs window in his home. This was the second day in a row, Dr DisRespect explained, that his home where his wife, young daughter and himself live at had been fired upon. Thankfully, it appears that no one in Dr DisRespect's family was injured in the shooting.

"I've got to end the broadcast right now, someone shot at our house," said the Doc. "Broke the fucking upstairs window, This is the second shot, someone shot yesterday, at our fucking house and someone shot again right now, connected with the house, upstairs." 

It is currently unclear if the same party is responsible for both shootings and whether or not they are specifically targeting the home of Dr DisRespect. However, the odds of this terrifying crime happening two days in a row being a random coincidence look to be extremely small. 

This isn't the first time, Dr. DisRespect has broken character, and we assume it won't be the last. When we chatted with him during Dreamhack Austin, he talked as Guy Beahm during a more serious conversation about duos in PUBG esports. So, in times of need, he knows when to drop the macho act and be real.
