Streaming the Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 Blackout Beta exclusively throughout the entirety of its testing period, it is fair to say that the newcomer to the battle royale genre has made Dr DisRespect a believer in the upcoming installment in the popular first person shooter franchise from Treyarch.

This excitement from Dr DisRespect for Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 Blackout led one fan of the two-time Blockbuster video game champion to create a mockup of what a Dr DisRespect character skin for Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 Blackout could possibly look like much to the approval of the popular Twitch streamer. 

With Dr DisRespect already having his own personalized weapon skins in the battle royale title of Player Unknown's Battlegrounds (PUBG), the Twitch streamer and face of aggressive gaming athleticism already has experience with working with a developer to create inspired cosmetic items based on his Dr DisRespect character.

The Doc even went a step further and referenced the face scan technology that the likes of Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Vegas 2 utilized in the past that allowed players to scan their own likeness into the game as a way for Treyarch to create a Dr DisRespect skin for Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 Blackout. 

With the massive viewership success that the Beta for Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 Blackout achieved on the platform on Twitch thanks to the streaming of popular personalities like Dr DisRespect, it would not be a surprising or bad business move by Treyarch and Activision to allow players to play as their favorite Blackout content creators when trying to achieve a victory.
